The 'cat' puts the pelvis into a posterior tilt and the purpose of these exercises is to move out of posterior pelvic tilt toward a neutral spine. I intentionally left out the 'cat' and instead focused on neutral-cow to emphasis the neutral - anterior pelvic tilt movement.
