Thank you! I’m really glad you enjoyed it. Welcome to my channel and thanks for subscribing. I try and post every few weeks as I’m a believer in trying to consistently improve my quality and be original rather than churning out videos as often as possible. All sorts of projects coming up, stay tuned and thanks for your support!
PhunKiss Artistic Creations Thank you fellow super-makers! Glad you got the hidden message, I don’t think many other people did! 10 out of 10 for paying attention! 😊
Brilliant Brilliant Brilliant! Not just the cool project but the thought, the story and the videography. As a RUclips maker myself I know and appreciate the work that goes into creating a production such as this. We need more enjoyable and inspirational work of this calibre rather than the drivel from TV production companies. Thank you ☺
Deniro5 Dan, thank you. Honestly, it’s the belief and support of friends like you that keep me creating and wanting to get better and better. Thank you 🙏
I love this build and indeed this video, everything about works. The theme being Batman, the retro screen fight tags, the use of almost steampunk design...and the fact it's for your son. Top work fella 👍😁
Aw man that’s a really nice comment! Thank you! I really enjoyed this project and making it for the boy it became quite an emotive build. He loves it and I tell ya, even us grown ups can’t help switch it on when there is nobody looking 😉 Thanks again my friend!
Thank you! I feel honoured that you watched my video. Yes I quite agree, hopefully it inspires our children in such a way that one day they will make things for theirs.
Pete Beardsley Glad you like it, my boy loves it dearly. As for my workshop it is big, there is an upstairs too that doesn’t make it to film. I started my business from the back of an Astra van and just worked up from there. Thanks for the feedback and hope you enjoy my other videos, next one hopefully out in a week 👍🏻
Thank you for watching it and especially thank you for taking the time to write such a nice comment. A year ago I knew nothing whatsoever about making videos so I’ve had to do a lot of learning as I go along, now it’s become something I really love doing. Agree with you about the music, the music has to really do something for me and reflect some of the sentiment behind the video. My video production will be resuming again within the next couple of weeks 😊👍🏻
Thank you Mr Caulfield, I feel honoured that someone of your profession would like my work. Thanks for watching and I will be doing a lot more metalwork in future builds.
Matt! Once again you've made a video that's awesome. I know you have the tools and skills and ideas to use them. Then you go and make a video that has awesome editing, humor, camera angles, etc. The video part actually blows my mind, because I could never be able to do that!
Thomas, I don’t know what to say. I love your positivity for my work and honestly I can’t thank you enough for your support. You can produce videos like this, anyone can. It’s a skill like learning to use a tool, no different. Especially for someone of your artistic vision! Health and happiness to you and yours my friend and thank you again. 😊
Berry Custom I use a free editor for now. Just basic. I hope to someday have computer skills and hardware, but for now I'm stuck with an Android phone for the camera and a PC.
Refuse Reuse I use Luma Fusion it’s a £20 app and about 50-50 iPhone and DSLR to shoot. Only just gone onto the DSLR. It’s a long journey to grasp film making and I’m very much at the beginning but what began as a necessary evil has now become something I love.
10/10 this is a high quality video that has blown me away, way beyond my wildest dreams of even thinking of replicating what you’ve produced here. I take my hat off to you 🍻🍻🍻👍👍👍👍
Sumo's Projects Thanks Dirk mate, I reckon you could easily do it. The software was a £20 app from iTunes and a couple of frustrating evening getting to grips with it. Thanks for the support my friend 😊👍🏻
Berry Custom Cheers mate, hey if you & I had videos out 5 years ago we would have 50000 plus subscribers, RUclips Makers videos are in a massive decline however if you love making them the challenge may be harder for us, I think work them on personality a bit more & let’s see how it works out 🍻👍
Sumo's Projects Exactly, but there is a lot of people out there putting mediocre content out every week to beat this mythical “algorithm”, the stuff we post is forever so I’d rather be known as a creator with progressively better content, real skills and 1000 subs than somebody producing click-baited nonsense. Keep your chin up, people will always look for quality over quantity. 👍🏻
Andy, as always I struggle to find words to thank you for your ongoing support. I’m glad you liked it. I don’t care about this “algorithm”, as we have discussed before I really want to concentrate on consistently improving the quality rather than quantity of my content, I Know you are on the same wavelength on this one.
Totally. In my opinion, if you get the quality right, all the rest will slot into place regardless. And you're getting the quality right. So apply continuous improvement to that and you're going to do really well!
Barefoot Bushcraft Thank you Sir! And thanks for like #60! More videos out shortly, still trying to find my style and learn about videography. Your support is much appreciated!
You are very welcome! :) Yeah, I know the feeling. I'm very new at the whole movie making thing myself. The style in this video is awesome! I love how you did the comic book thing :)
Barefoot Bushcraft Thanks man! I knew about 4 videos ago I wanted to do the comic style, just took me a while to figure out how. Hey, I’ve subbed your channel as your builds really capture my imagination, I will start watching them this weekend 👍🏻
Yeah I could imagine the learning curve on something like that would be pretty extreme. You made it look awesome though so very well done to you! :) Thank you so much! I really appreciate that, I'm glad you think they are interesting. I try to make the videos interesting, I don't have the best equipment though. As I always say though, just do the best you can with what you got! :) haha Let me know if you have any suggestions for builds or editing techniques or anything like that
Barefoot Bushcraft No worries man! I’m no expert by any stretch of the imagination, but I’ll certainly have a look. With regards to tools, I started my business with just a box of hand tools and worked up, exactly what you said, you make do with what you have! Don’t know if you’re on Instagram but you can find me at mattberrycustom 👍🏻 Speak soon!
Mate wow just wow got goose bumps, everything just spot on, I know how hard it is to work video and edit it all and mine are.....well crap lets be honest, that was so cool. well done buddy
Mark, thank you. I love that you get so much from my videos, it was a moving build for me and I’m glad I expressed that in my content. With regards to what you said about your videos, how can I answer that? Talking to you, seeing your insta and RUclips content I see a man with a wealth of creativity and an amazing story to tell, sounds crazy but it’s like an untapped oil well, when you hone your way to express it I think it will be magic. Hope that makes sense?
Very kind of you to say! I do hope so with regards to subs.... the more subs I get the quicker and better I can produce these videos. Thanks again for the support. 👍🏻😊
Matthew Cain Thank you, much appreciated! The tool is a sheet metal nibbler, brilliant tool and very cheap, don’t know what country you’re in but it cost about £30 in the UK. Thanks for the feedback Matthew 👍🏻
AWESOME My daughter is in the middle of rabies shots protocol from being bitten by a bat...we've taken to calling her bat girl. I'd love to commission something like this for her. LOL
Wow! Unfortunate for your daughter but what an interesting story! Am I the only person that is secretly hoping she develops some kind of super power? 😁. Thank you for the positivity, it’s very much appreciated.
Thank you! My boy still loves it, he says he wants a bat mobile next. 😬 Better get building then eh? Thanks again for watching and taking the time to comment. Appreciate it 😊👍🏻
