This was the Disney Renaissance. They produced absolute masterpieces around that time. They might come off as dicks in many aspects nowadays, but that doesn't mean they deserve to be stripped away from their merit during the glory days. And who knows, perhaps another golden age will come for them in the future. With the right people, it can definitely happen.

They were even money hungry during the Renaissance too, but they at least put out good content up until the 2010s. Now it's either decent, bad, or good but full of missed opportunities.

Also, the twist villain is awful, it's only slightly better than that one chick from the Incredibles 2, and only because it's not completely obvious she's a villain.
