Praise God for Elder Mason and Pastor Davis. i continue to review these studies even more now that we are right here near the close of probation. i now have a deeper understanding of these present truths.
Teaching is definitely necessary, this is part of the reason why we have so much corruption because some of us believe teaching is not necessary. I love this
Whether its an Evangelist or a Prophet or any other office, it is always good to be trained with an experienced teacher. If teaching was not necessary and if Holy Spirit was to teach, each every believer in everything, why did God institute the office of a Teacher in the church?
Teaching/Training will help the believers to distinguish between original and false.
Just an example: I heard many "un-trained" pastors and prophets explaining the "life energy" in Isiah 57:10 as " the Energy of Life", which is the Divine Power...or simply the Holy Spirit power.
But, a trained Prophet or Pastor will clearly explain that part as the energy obtained from their idolatry and black magic. If the believers are taught and trained, such "un-trained" pastors or prophets would not be able to make fool of the believers by explaining Bible verses in very wrong way.
Hence, it is very good to be taught and to be trained.

I am having trouble finding the reference for which Moses Mason was saying that John the Baptist had a message that God gave him...and that he didn't go to the priests for permission to give the message. This is around the 13:00 mark in the video. Does anyone know the reference? I can't find in the selected messages....
He's probably talking about the ministry of water baptism .

People who are not trained tend to make a lot of misguided decisions and have a difficulty distinguishing truth from error .If Jesus was trained how much more do you a mere sinful man need training?????Just ive it a thought.

I have a hard time believing, well I don't believe any of the prophets were taught, not like this.
You either are one or you aren't, it's not something you can learn.
When I read the school of the prophets, I think of a school of fish, a group or large concentration. Not an actual school with one teacher but a group of prophets, with the Holy Spirit teaching them equally and collectively. Not with one man elevated above the rest.
The false prophets didn't know they were false, they thought they were real. The only thing that proved them wrong was time and when God's word came to pass and their's fell to the ground.
Was not for me...word of God edifies,but not this time for me...I feel like I actuslly lost my an hour and so time.

Not hardened at all,it said prophet and I'm into it with such a zeal,though I take some notes but not burning for what I have heard. If you got something that helps me,cause I've been told prophet and lots of negative things happen to me,and I started a search and meaning for what do I have to do,where do I have to learn,and why all this happens to me and how to overcome it cause I don't know anymore. I was beiliving I knew something about God and now I realized I do not know nothing. Need help Guillermo. Thanks for reading and hope you can help if you please

If you really had the in filling of the holyspirit and you are called as a phrophet,then you definitely don't need to go to school of phrophets,because the holyspirit is your teacher and he will reveal to you everything,stop misleading the church.for now we need the church to hear directly from the lord,not from graduates from school of phrophets,so that they might prapare for the glorious ,mighty and the most awaited second coming of Jesus.
