oh wow Annika. my heart is full watching this vlog. i don’t follow your faith but, the fact that you incorporated your beliefs into this vlog in such a wholesome way really touched my heart. this is amazing, you really are a good person, and you’ve inspired me to be better, not just to myself but to other people as well.
The donating food was so great! I worked at a food bank during covid and that experience changed my outlook on so many things. Much love and continued success!

As a former optician I couldn't help but notice that you seem to only need your glasses when doing near tasks such as reading and computer work and never for things at a distance such as driving. So I am assuming that your hyperoptic. or what is more commonly referred to as being farsighted. It seems to cause you do quite a bit of putting on and taking off of your glasses. Have you ever given any thought to having your optometrist write you a prescription for progressives? In case you don't know what they are, there a lot like bifocals except no tell tale bifocal lines through your lenses. But by getting progressives it would allow you to keep your glasses on much more often rather than needing to take them off and on so much. Your doctor would simply write your prescription so the segment of your glasses would be what is called the "add" segment which is what you would use when doing close work. The rest of each lens would either be non-prescription or it could include a prescription for distance as well if in fact you were to need a slight prescription for distance. Of course anytime when you wouldn't be doing any close work you could leave your glasses off just as you now.
