The first one worked for me. The connect to laptop screen was tricky since its different for older iPhone models. its just like restarting your iPhone but wait until the connect to laptop screen show before you let go on the buttons.

I have to borrow my BF laptop and manage to unlock and it restores your iphone just like a new phone but I want to use it for picture but did not look that great so it just sits there again I don't have pass code. so it wont lock again. AS long you have a latest itunes in your computer you can do it.

Hello. I use iphone 7 and have this problem that it says "iPhone disabled connect to iTunes". I have used my phone only for calls and not for other applications and so i do not use iTunes. When I use your software it asked to install ios software as you have shown in your video. But unfortunately, my phone has no free space because I have not transfered my stored photos and videos and other files to my laptop. For this matter, i am not able to install the updating ios. Please advice what are the possible alternatives to this problem? I am able to connect my iphone to my laptop and see internal storage directory. When I click on it and make copy and want to transfer the files to my laptop it does not accept, because I have to give allow permission from my iphone screen. So, then I am not able to transfer my stored files to laptop hoping that this way i can free up space in my iphone and then start installing ios software. i appreciate your advice how to solve this issue? thanks
I’ve done the steps several times, or rather step one. iPhone is on the screen indicating connect to iTunes. The MacBook it’s connected to will not recognize it. Nothing happens on the computer to indicate it knows there is a phone connected to it.
