    This is fantastic. I just remembered I have one of these tucked away, I have to dust it off now. 👏👏

    Interesting little unit this. I think I still have one laying around. I think it was basically supplemental to AN200 and DX200 groove boxes. Sort of unit to complete the series. This meant that it was actually fairly limited specs wise but had DJ friendly features that makes using it fun and inspiring. It's biggest drawback was that the cool features were limited to lower sampling ratio mono sounds. But since it was totally performance oriented (not recording) on live set that type of thing doesn't matter too much. AN200 and DX200 sell for a big price these days on eBay (quite rare actually) but unfortunately this unit wasn't so popular.

    Nice work. The SU-200 is a cool little unit.

    i love the size of these units so portable plus being able to assign to pads is great, wish there was something similar out there that was small but had SD card capabilities - was a big fan of the su10 back in the day but was very limited regarding sample rates and size

      i realize this is coming a year late, but:
      if you wanna get weird with it & are cool with lo-fi stuff like this, the bastl microgranny might be up your alley. fewer sample banks, but it DOES have micro-sd support

    was looking at the SU10 and came across this. A step up money wise! But man the sounds that ur getting here are lush. Good work

      The only difference between the two is the effects and the size. The filter and effects are worth it. Thanks

    Very inspiring. Nice one mate! Have you experience any sound drops when resampling?

    Just dug my SU200 out a few days ago. Will have to try a few little tracks with it as a stand alone. This piece is immensely cinematic. Did you load all the samplers on via card or sample them into the box?

    • @gam5504
      @gam5504  4 года назад

      All done directly with the sampler. I have a card and always intend to do it that way but it is faster to just record it on the unit.

      @@gam5504 I am having major problems with the crackling on this unit. I tried a huge lengthy pad on the extralong setting but I may have to start again with a bit more of a consistent sampling rate.

      It's because the audio is from the speakers and not the machine.
