So cool. All it needs is like some reverb, distortion, and a bit of underwater-like muffling and it would be a perfect theme for like a void-submerged Iterator.
Or, for example, the proto-Iterator/gen 0 Iterator, Karma of 10 (Ko10)/ Golden Ascension (GA), around the time the Saint would have arrived at the prototyping facility of "Tranquil Lakes, Upon A Sacred Valley"
@@EmberOldAccount huh that sounds cool! my rainworld iterator oc is way more tame, its just an intermediary mark 3.5 iterator, basically i think inbetween FP and LTTM in tech and construction time. i honestly think this song gets even sadder when reversed... kind of a nostalgic memory amidst a dozen other memories, swimming ever deeper to find peace.
I love the emotions of some parts of the song. It feels like someone desperately trying to talk someone else out of doing something catastrophic. Perfect for the character and lore of Five Pebbles.
This is the second song in Rain World that sounds good even reversed. This sounds almost like this is the intended way to listen to Random Gods. Weird. I wonder if this will become a trend in Videocult's future projects?
Spoilers! Like really, ending spoilers, dont read this comment if you have not finished the entire game (all campaigns, for real) Just me or does it sound kind of like the music that plays right before the iterator room at the end of saints campaign? When you meet fp, lttm or both.
The song that plays when you're reaching the iterators room in saint can be found in youtube if you search it like "The cycle rain world ost".. That song is Pictures of the Past but reversed! The main menu theme, random gods and moondown are leitmotifs of Pictures of the Past! That's why it sounds so similar
@hollowknightenjoyer would've you preferred me not to specify it was a huge spoiler? Seriously I don't understand internet people, you somehow find a way to get mad at anything
@hollowknightenjoyer ... nah ... if you willingly search for a spoiler, just because I wrote "don't search for it" then it's not my fault I won't continue this conversation bye
Ah, yes. Mortal Certainty.
Yes. Determined Mortals.
I sure do love the song: Perishable validity.
It almost sounds exactly the same
Wait, it’s all Random Gods?

Could this be a musical palindrome? It's not identical to the normal version, but I think it's pretty similar, tbh.
When you realize that random gods it's just a leimotif of pictures of the past
i just realiize:(
and sundown, too
And moondown
Yo I mean this so nicely half of the entire ost shares that motif
Ah yes my favorite song: Predicted Gods
algorithmic gods
determined demons
deterministic mortals
Vermin predictable
predicted mortals
IT SOUNDS EXACTLY THE SAME, IT IS A FREAKING PALYNDROM.
simple idea, but definitely not one I have seen done elsewhere as of yet for rainworld. thanks for uploading this!
Thx bro!

LTTM is Looks To The Moon

facts
this would make some sense if there was more superstructure to explore in HR, but alas the cycle is also fits in amazingly.
Why is it so similar? And so good? This feels really wierd.
I wonder how other RW songs sound like reversed.
OH 2:28 that was surprising
i honestly think this song gets even sadder when reversed... kind of a nostalgic memory amidst a dozen other memories, swimming ever deeper to find peace.
but nevertheless it gets better! rainworld songs when reversed get sadder lmao

Also it's funny because it kinda sounds the same lol, like if the game had the version it would work more or less the asme
predictable deities
Now play this and random goda at rhe same time and have one be slightly lower volume
as my favourite, predicted mortals
I believe this song played when he was going to collapse, Just add some angels singing at one part it'll perfectly represent it.
