I accidentally bought frosted shreddies a few months back when shopping for my family who all eat the original shreddies I ate the whole box myself, they were pretty nice actually, but trying to cut down on the really sugary things so haven't bought them again!

Had anxiety attacks pretty much everyday last week and yesterday I was finally starting to feel ok but I just had another one tonight... videos like this and youtube in general are helping me so much. Honestly don't know what I would do without you guys right now !!
I was having the same problem, it’s really normal at times like this. If you want something to help that you can do yourself at home it’s called EFT. And the best person I found in RUclips to teach it to you is the channel: the real David Abel. I found him cause he was one of the first survivors of Coronavirus and he lives in the UK and EFT saves his life. It’s also really good for anxiety, you just change the mantra to suit your physical and mental needs. It’s sounds like something a little out there, but it’s the only thing that has stopped my anxiety. I’ve been doing it for two days now and I’m the calmest I’ve been in months.
Appreciate RUclipsrs like you being an escape from the world right now. So overwhelmed and getting increased anxiety that I’m still going into work and putting myself at risk to look after the elderly xx

I'm in the same boat aswell, I have autism and my carers, my therapy and all the places I go to volunteer have all been cancelled, which means my daily routine is seriously messed up causing me anxiety, depression and stress. I've started drawing and colouring in on a night to try and keep my mind occupied. But since we are now on complete lockdown, I can't even see my foster family (luckily my foster mum made sure I was well stocked before isolation). Stay strong, you are not alone 💗

I made lindt chocolate cupcakes for christmas where instead of the creme egg in the middle, I put a milk chocolate lindt chocolate in instead. So when you bit into them there was melted chocolate in the middle

Random.... but the company I work for didn’t take covid-19 seriously, didn’t supply sanitizer, argued with us on how long we can clean for etc. Now as a company, we’ve had 3 deaths from the virus. if youre mixing batter by hand, use a wooden spoon and start with butter and sugar together then when thats mixed add the eggs and then the dry ingredients (flour/cocoa powder/baking powder etc) gradually!! - makes it a lot easier to mix :)
