I am curious what your take is on StrengthFinders research. They suggest we are not excellent in many action talents, but we have zones of excellent areas. Their proposal is to do damage control in areas of weakness. If they are correct how do we do excellence work, and avoid challenge work if a job activity is not where we are talented to be excellent? (perhaps restated, where we are NOT excellent)

You can apply your talents to get excellent results, or utilise the talents of others to achieve it.
