I agree man. I'm a real amp guy through and though, but software is catching up so fast. The Axiom has that feel thing too, it's responsive to play with, which you can't always tell through a video because it's something you actually have to feel as you play the product. But.. they nailed it!

I've been using Blue Cat for a few years now and I love it. One of the very cool things I can do is load other VST effects into it so the Blue Cat is the control center for everything guitar in my DAW.
Hey Mats, Thanks for the comment! Welcome to my channel. The Blue Cat stuff is so cool! Guillaume told me about the VST loading. We didn't get to test it out in the video, but I will certainly be trying that out for myself! I love that idea. It really is a great central control for guitar!
all faked, they record everything edit it in pro tools then post videos pretending they are playing and all..those plugins are going through waves mastering suites, stuff all over dozens of busses like side chains, comps. eps etc etc

The Blue Cat stuff is amazing man, I love it. I'm gonna do another video on it where I dial it in how I'd set it too, plus I was to dig into it a lot more without any time restriction. How are you getting along with it so far? Looking forward to seeing your video.
@@LeighFugeGuitar i had some trouble installing it in studio one. But other than that, its just really good. But there's so much in the software, so it's hard to cover everything 😅

For years I always thought that software and digital can't get anywhere close to the real thing but companies like Blue Cat Audio are getting closer every day. The Axiom sounds great and it also feels good to play.

@@bigtguitars7312 Yeah, it's usually in the background of my own videos. It's a 1959 Truvoice. To be honest I've not really considered using it in a video purely because I don't really know if anyone is interested in it. I personally love it, but I've not seen many people talk about them.
@@bigtguitars7312 They are really great, the circuit is so simple but it sounds awesome. The tremolo circuit on mine doesn't work which is a shame, but the amp works and sounds awesome.
This seems to be the most underrated amp sim out there...

That effect at 8:53 is way cool. Sounds like you’re playing a reverb pedal inside an empty cathedral
