Assalam u alaikum doctor sab. .1 year back I had septoplasty and sub-mucosal diathermy for (hypertrophed inferior turbinates) now left side of nose is blocked and sometime I feel swelling on left side of my nose , its also lacking in mucus ending up in dry throat and nose is hypersenstive to cold and causing me sleep disorder.
