Hey Robert, I just wanted to say thank you for being an inspiration and and an example for all sportsmen, especially to me. In 2019 at the age of 18 I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and had to endure six months of chemo therapy. I am now cancer free and healing well, during my treatment your videos were a huge inspiration and reignited the passion for the out doors my grandfather started in me years ago. Now this deer season I have finally got my first deer, and I am not sure it would have happened with out you. I just wanted to say thank you, your videos have meant more to me than you'll ever know. You are an amazing model and inspiration not only for sportsmen but Christians as well. I look forward to future videos from you and would love to meet you if you are ever in the Orlando area! This remind me of my grand mother would take me at 10 years old to communities ponds! I'm 65 yrs. now and still like catching and cleaning large mouth bass! What's so cool about this channel and Rob is the fact that he just doesn't say somebody's name and that's it. He introduces the person to everybody and explains things about them and than goes and takes care of the rest of the video. Like a shout out to the company or a person or persons. That's supper cool to see you don't see that often or at least I don't

Lived in Los Angeles most of my life, a bit in Albuquerque, NM for college and I’ve always wondered what life would be like on the east coast. Rob, my wife and I love our babies and continue to lay and cuddle them every night even though they are 6 and 9. Since we rotate, I get my 6 years old daughter every other night. In August of last year she was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and we searched for videos to watch together while we learned about her new illness. We came across your channel and she absolutely fell in love with it. Every other night, we watch 1 episode of something and it's always her choice. In 1 year, it's always deer meat for dinner. Just wanted to say thank you. Your channel makes a difference. Also, she requests that you catch a huge shark soon. She also request you eat a horse, but I told her that's frowned upon HaHa.

We catch Northern Snakeheads up here in Maryland. Def a fish worth fishing for. Hell of a fight and hands down best fish i have eaten.
The ones down here on South Florida taste amazing as well. You wouldn’t guess it by how gnarly they look but best freshwater fish I’ve ever had.

@@gavinthompson983 I also live in Harford county! Just moved to Harford about a month ago from Baltimore county. I did alot of fishing in Dorchester county. In Cambridge off of rt 50. Apparently they are really starting to spread around the state even more. Heard they are starting to get pretty heavy in the gunpowder river from a guy I work with he just went out last week and caught a few along with some largemouth.

Not sure if you read the comments, but, I've got an idea for you...?
Have you thought of making your own shagreen (typically Shark or Ray skin) and wrapping your more top end rod handles in it? You could do shark shagreen for your sea rods, (peacock) bass shagreen (not sure if it's possible to make shagreen from Bass skin?) for your bass rods etc?
You should do snakehead cervichè, it's thin slivers of very fresh, raw fish. That has salt n pepper sprinkled across the top, then fresh lime (or lemon) squeezed over it. Leave it until the flesh is white and it's done. The acidity of the citrus fruit will chemically "cook" the fish. You could do it bank/boatside easily.?
The meatier the fish the better.
Also, if you put damp kitchen paper on your chopping board, then the snakehead on top of it, the damp paper will provide a gripping surface so the fish doesn't slip about?
Also works underneath your chopping board to stop it from moving about when working it.?
