When the update first released , tencell made that the glove can be obtained without having the badge , so everyone equipped it without having the badge , when I entered the arena , I stepped on ice randomly, then I got the badge , then like 3 mins later , tencell updated the game again to make the glove unobtainable without a badge , so u actually needed to have the badge unlike the first update

I always wonder how do you get glove like ice skates glove need a ice skates glove to get it but it will be impossible to get without it?
I think Mods or Tencell use the glove so others get the badge, then those guys help others with it, so on and so forth.
Edit: Fixed structuring a bit so it's easier to understand.
So it looks like they just passed it on to other people to let the other people to get the glove that clever a bit

Its so cool and ez to get u can dodge death and go really fast and even make drawings
