Here in Canada, raw milk from cows and goats is illegal to sell. But the law does not mention raw milk from water buffaloes. So for two years I have been buying 2 or 3 gallons of raw water buffalo milk every week direct from the farm. It is naturally A2 and 8-10% fat. It is incredibly rich and creamy and delicious. Unfortunately I was vegetarian and then vegan for 30 years and developed some severe signs of malnutrition. I finally had the critical thinking skills to link my health decline to my diet. For the past 3 years I have been on a carnivore diet including raw eggs and raw beef and raw liver and heart. I have reversed and healed most of my chronic conditions.

    • @ExcellentHealth
      @ExcellentHealth  2 месяца назад +3

I would personally not consume any fruit with red meat, only white meat. The avocado is fine, but make sure you're eating a lot of it. If you want an even better fat source, ask the butcher to add 30-40% fat into the ground beef. This might make it cheaper if he's nice since fat is cheaper than muscle meat. If orange is your source of hydration and it's local and organic, you can consume it. However, when consuming lots of carbohydrate-rich fruits, you need more sunlight. If you feel good eating this way, you don't necessarily need to change anything. The best additions I can think of are liver and seafood. Your diet is lacking in nutrients like DHA, folate, choline, and iodine. If you can add raw egg yolks to your diet, that would be great as well.

Jones...I want to thank you for the huge effort you put forth to educate a world of mainly lost and mis-educated people. This video was probably the best video on raw milk I have seen.
I used to make make my clabber by leaving the jar on the kitchen counter at room temp. Worked ok in the summer, but in winter it would take far too long to ferment here in Canada. What I have recently started doing is to use my Sous Vide. I add water to a large stock pot and put in my jars of raw milk. The water comes up about 3/4 of the height of the jars. I set the temp of the sous vide at 85 to 95 deg F. The sous vide keeps the circulating water at the precise temp you set. Within 24 to 36 hours the milk has fermented into clabber and whey. Do you see any negatives with this method?

Just finished the video now... What an amazing video, I started the raw primal diet recently and quickly understood that if you want to heal you need to have a lot of raw fat and a lot of bacteria everyday. There is an excerpt from Aajonus himself in which he said that 95% of the milk he drank was fermented... Aajonus himself after decades on the diet was still drinking most of his milk in fermented form! That made me understand that we should especially do it as damaged as we are.
Keep it up man and hopefully you'll make something similar on honey, I consider that a really interesting substance as well and it's considered a sacred food both in the Quran and the Bible.
P.s. have you ever tried fermenting raw milk with raw unheated honey inside?

Thanks for this video. I lived abroad for about 3 years and I have now returned home to Russia. I used to not appreciate what is available in our country. Every day I buy raw homemade milk from grandmothers at the farmers market for 50 cents per liter and homemade free-range eggs for $2 per ten pieces. I can't get enough of it every day. At any market, fresh organic animal organs (they are the basis of my diet) cost 3-4 dollars per kilogram. I spend about US $3-5 on high quality farm produce. When I was in Australia, I learned that raw milk is banned almost everywhere. It's just terrible. I lived in Israel for about 2 years and I also couldn’t find raw dairy products there. In the countries where my ancestors are from, which is Ukraine, Russia, there are no problems with this at all. At least it makes me happy.
Most likely because before, every family kept a cow and goats. This was the norm and the Slavs people, like their neighbors from Kazakhstan, have been accustomed to these products for centuries. I don’t remember that there was a time when we didn’t have milk or any dairy products at home. This is our culture.

@@ExcellentHealth Georgia is not a bad place, I lived in Batumi for a while. Azerbaijan is also cool. I lived in Costa Rica for a couple of months. If the income is remote and in the USA, then it’s generally cool, almost one time zone. I can’t speak for other Caribbean countries, but I have heard that Panama is praised. In Costa Rica, everything is good both environmentally and with food. It depends on what is more important to you. I could not live in countries that do not have my mentality.
In the same Asia. The people there are great, but it’s mentally hard if you live straight. Another thing is to find your community and then it doesn’t matter where you are. In countries like Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, of course it will be easier with the quality of products. And it’s more profitable to live if you have remote income, because you simply spend less on your life.
For a long time I thought about the same Latin America. Argentina or Ecuador, but other than the climate, I didn’t find any advantages. Although, unlike Bali or Vietnam, the Spanish language is more widespread and will probably be more useful than Bahasa Indonesia.
In Georgia I think you will like it. A good country and people who are not spoiled. Try one or a second country. The world is changing very quickly and now it may be good to live in one country, but in a couple of years it will no longer be safe. I come from Russia and my paternal ancestors are from the western part of Ukraine, and I could not even imagine a few years ago that there would be a war between the brothers. I wanted to move to the Carpathian region, but this is not possible yet.
At one time I dreamed of Australia until I visited there. Raw milk is banned in many places and there are many more nuances. Paradoxically, I always wanted to leave Russia until I visited other countries of the world. My country is not ideal, of course, and I don’t agree with a lot of things, but so far it’s comfortable here.
Unlike many European countries or the USA, England, Australia, the tax system is better. Income tax is only 13% on any income. If you earned $3-4000, you don’t need to pay 30+ percent like in Israel. I'm now thinking about Bulgaria. It’s generally easier for you with a European passport. I wasn’t there, I don’t want to lie or say something wrong. But there is an income tax of 10%. With 3000 dollars you will only pay 300.
I used to think about the USA, but now I understand how irrational it all is. In Bulgaria, for example, the climate is approximately the same as in Turkey, but the mentality is European. If you have an income of at least 1000 dollars, then you will live better in Georgia than someone who has an income of 7-8000 in New York.
And from experience I can say that I have never eaten tastier RAW meat than in the mountainous regions. In Georgia, the meat is excellent. If you decide to move there, please write your review, I’m interested. Good luck!

Thank you for the great comment my friend. It is very informative and helpful. I'll edit this a while later because I don't necessarily want people to know this. Georgia is perfect except for two things. It does still get cold there and it's very close to Russia. If you live in Russia, there's no problem. You never know what may happen in the region, and Georgia's location isn't too convenient if you understand what I mean.
I also thought about Bulgaria because it's practically perfect except for the weather. Their winters are really harsh. Then I started looking at ----, and I realized that it satisfies all my criteria. Georgia is the best from a financial standpoint because you can pay 1% tax very easily. Bulgaria is better if you have a European passport and it doesn't have any geopolitical problems. ---- tax is only --% higher than Bulgaria's, it has far better weather, and it satisfies all other criteria from a health perspective. Hence, there's a very high probability that I'm going to be checking it out first.

I've just finished fermenting my second lot of raw milk and noticed there are white mould rings on the surface. Curious if you have experienced this before? Not sure if it is safe to consume or not? Unfortunately when I was fermenting it the paper towel I had covering it accidentally lay in the milk, now I'm wondering if this is what has caused the mould? My mother would give me a pint of milk a day as a kid in the very early 80s in UK. It was likely pasturized but it was completely different to today's milk. It was delivered in a glass bottle, with a thick layer of cream on the top and most UK cows are pasture raised.
I've never come close to breaking a bone despite having plenty of tumbles and playing lots of sport. Pretty sure drinking lots of milk gave me very strong bones.
Fresh raw pasture raised milk is amazing, there's no valid reason for it to be not more widely available. Our food has become too industrialised with a focus on profit over quality.

Was your height ever a problem in finding love bro?

Women are attracted to men that are taller than them, meaning that women who are taller than me will be less attracted to me. My height has been in the way sometimes. However, the lot I've been given in life is so great that the pursuit of women pales in comparison.

Unfortunately I did not bear to watch this video. I skipped right to the first "study" you showed (I didn't know it was Varis A. I skipped lol people should check out Bart Kay tearing him a new one, 2 videos) and the fact you showcased that one points to one of two things: either you lack understanding of human nutrition "science" as it is or you are looking for anything to try and confuse viewers with, to make them believe in your ideology (not science) you are about to spout later in the video. Read the conclusion of that "study" btw, it quite unequivocally says that it doesn't say anything. Health EFFECTS of raw milk? No son. That is a cause and effect statement, and for a scientific study to be able to inform on any random person's cause and effect outcome of consuming any food or substance is not just ethically but completely impossible. Can't experiment on human beings, fact, done. Raw milk, because it's an animal food is vastly superior than any plant food sure, but that's it. I consume it too, I however would never go around telling people it does this healing and that healing thing, because that is the most irresponsible thing to do. If you are making a video about how raw milk healed YOU, then stay with your anecdote and do not attempt to mix that with any "science" where in actuality there is none.

I really understand where you're coming from. The purpose of this video is to show that there are studies showing that raw milk is superior to pasteurized milk, raw milk has been consumed for a very long period of time without historical accounts of large-scale illness, and that fermenting raw milk is superior to fresh raw milk in the cases I encounter because of it being easier to digest and it becoming a probiotic. It also contains a comprehensive guide to how to ferment raw milk.
Then again, as Dr. Jack Kruse says, the supreme authority is nature.

@ExcellentHealth no, there aren't studies capable of informing on the superiority (cause and effect claim) of raw milk over pasteurized milk, still. That's the point and you are still trying to either confuse yourself and/or others. Again, any competent person can read these "studies" you showcased and will be able to hand-wave them off equally, none of it is science, none of it can inform on cause and effect claims such as "x is better than y in regards to human health." You have an anecdote, yet you lie, try to distort it to make it seem like there is scientific evidence behind it. Your credibility is not where you think it is. If what the "studies" you showcased in this video contained any scientific evidence of any of their findings, that would mean every single study claiming cholesterol causes CVD, claiming plant-based diets are superior to animal-based diets, claiming such and such plant slop is healthy etc. findings would also be scientifically proven, guess what, they are not - but are they only not because I disagree with them? That's not how science works and again, your cause and effect claims are innane.

As I said, I know where you're coming from and I understand the problem you speak of. I know of the loop holes that are used in cholesterol and plant-based research, and I know how this problem can easily apply to any other form of research as well. The papers are there to show that there has been science done on raw milk and that there are positive outcomes. By themselves, they do not establish a cause and effect relationship. However, I do not rely on these papers as the base of my reasoning. I rely on a vast amount of anecdotes (data), anthropology, science done on bacteria, the basic biology of fermentation, and my experience working with people who have come to me for help. If we rely on extremely strict science, communicating very helpful ideas, principles, and practices becomes unnecessarily hard. That's the way I approach these things. I do not have the same approach as Bart Kay. Regardless of who's videos you decide to watch in the future, I'm always glad to have you here and I'm happy to receive constructive criticism.

@@ExcellentHealth science done on bacteria within a human also does not exist neither does any of these "studies" in the video qualify as scientific evidence for anything, still. I don't think you really understand the lengths you go to to try to make your content more appealing to the layperson, you make up stuff just like "they" (slop promoters) do. You make cause and effect claims, then when confronted you admit they are not cause and effect but still call the same "studies" science. Simply put you don't show scientific discipline but you talk about all kinds of "science" and you are wrong for that.

The risk of becoming ill from consuming raw milk is relatively small in terms of overall percentage, but the consequences can be severe when it does happen. Studies show that while a small percentage of the population consumes raw milk, it accounts for a disproportionate number of foodborne illnesses compared to pasteurized dairy products.
    You're playing Russian Roulette.
Edit: According to the CDC, people who drink raw milk are 150 times more likely to contract a foodborne illness compared to those who drink pasteurized milk.
