Grandparents are a blessing! Our son is now 13, but he is the only grandchild and is spoiled rotten.🤭 My favorite part of the video was when she came down the slide and landed on her feet like a pro and kept going. I was like you go girl! Too cute!🥰
Lol! Yes we were so proud of her. What no one knew was we were trying to get her off so we can go eat but she ran so fast off the slide we had to have her go down again... 😂🤣 appreciate you watching and following our adventures.
Back in the early 60's my father developed a campground concept (Safari Campgrounds) where you could just drive in and rent everything to camp out. There were cabins, platforms for tents, a general store that had equipment, sleeping bags, food - everything. KOA developed about same time using this rustic concept and was able to go nationwide where we could not.
Oh wow ! I understand your take on KOA's . I wish we would have been able to see it because I love animals and so do kids. Thanks for sharing your experience.

Grandkids will wear you 'slam out'. We watched our 3 and 1 year old grandkids one night last weekend so my daughter and her husband could go buy a Winnebago Micro Minnie Trailer. We had them 25 1/2 hours...not that we were counting. It was 100% FUN! But we were very lazy the next day.

Hey you’ll in our back yard almost. We had a seasonal lot for many years there before it became a KOA. We stayed at a cabin last season and was amazed all the new stuff done there. A neat park, a lot of fun with the goff carts. I hope you enjoyed it. And your grand daughter is a little cutie.

Great video, love the grand baby! Looks like you got stuck in the back 40. We enjoyed that KOA in September, we were up front where they have the sites with fenced in area for dogs. There are nice hiking trails in the Lake Metroparks up there, but also some good wineries. DeBonne Vineyards is really good.

Your grand daughter is great. We have an almost 3yr old grand daughter. She sucks the energy out of you. We take her camping a couple of times a yr. We know one of her earliest memories will be camping with Granny and PopPop. I can't believe they charge you for a premium lot when you look over a storage lot.
Our last camping trip, we were camping at Mama Gerties out side of Asheville. We mentioned to a couple that we stayed at the KOA East down the hill, the last time. The woman complained about all the kids. Lots of kids don't bother me. They are not my kids.
