I am 60 years old and I ran the Dublin marathon on October 27th in 3:34 , I took 3 days off and started back running for 30 mins a day , I wore the Brooks Glycerin Max running shoes and they made a huge difference on how long I had to take off
Im running my first marathon in a month and a half. Some of the issues discussed here are some things I've been struggling with lately. As always great video and incredibly informative. Thank you!
I don't know what fuel u trained with but I found taking a gel every 4kms. Really helped me. Don't even think about it just take it, it helps me to keep my head in the game and not want to quit when the going get tough.
i want to know the answer of the title without spending and entire half an hour. the problem here is not my lack of patience but how you deliberately make it slow and larger on purpose instead of going straight to the point. you fill and keep filling for the sake of a tv show.
