      So I made this recipe the other night with your prior recipe and OMG! It was superb... I bought cut pieces most were bones! Do you suggest a certain part of the turkey with more meat! Thanks again the flavor was sooooo good! You’re a gem 💎!

      @@stephaniejoseph8136 ...aww thanks hun! The whole wings are pretty meaty but you can use turkey drumsticks. I asked butcher to cut them medium size.

    How long did you take to cook in all. Can you add cooking times to the description box

      I mentioned on video to cook until tender. I am sorry, I don’t use a timer when cooking. I keep a eye on it and check for doneness.

    Could you break down the cooking time for each step and what temp?

    • @dorannette26
      @dorannette26  4 года назад +9

      Every stove has a different temperature, my 15 minutes could be 20 minutes on your stove. Estimate time : Let Turkey marinade, then cook with lid on for 10 to 15 minutes on medium heat (#4). Add warm water to pot, let cook on medium low ((#2) for 30 minutes or until tender, but not to tender because it will brake while giving it color(don’t forget to taste Liquid, adjust flavor if needed). When coloring start on high heat, then turn stove down to medium low #2). Once you get desired color, add the liquid turkey was boiling in and let cook for about 5 to 10 minutes on medium low (#2) or unless tender( falling off bones). I hope this helps!

    I love turkey wings but my grocery store only sell the whole turkey or just the breast. I asked the butcher he told me that the area that lives does not have a high demand for it. I used to go to NYC Once a year to get all my favorites from Lambi to salt fish. COVID put a stop to it. 😔

    Annette when I wash I usually pour the hot water for my drumsticks (I take off the skin) and my beef. But do I also put the hot water on meat with the skin (chicken wings, turkey wings) and chicken breast too?
