Been listening to Gonzalo for years and I’m just barely noticing how even his fastest phrases are developed from the tune’s thematic melody. Also the way orchestrates a piece using all the powers of the piano is unparalleled. Incredible.
Low levels on RUclips. Odd micing with a pair of 414's and what appears to be the low mic facing the wrong direction or in fig 8 pattern. If the recording engineer sees this, please shed light on your micing concept for this video. Also would imagine that camera didn't want to see many mics/stands.
