How to install ADB and Fastboot drivers in windows [ 15 seconds ]

Setup is not happening in our window is 10, it goes back automatically, finish option is not available.

After installing the drivers, including the google one and the systemwide one, the fastboot devices Command still shows a blank screen.

i did everything, the progam says it worked but when i type "fastboot devices", it stay blank :( (help pls) (pls)
