When mounting fuel filters and pumps like this I like to just use a double female coupling to attach them all as a solid unit basically. Makes mounting easier and no tiny little hoses to try and make.

LOL!!!! Note how the intake tube is down at 10:47.... and after a few moments near your helper the intake is fully erect at 10:59. LOLOL!!!! Sorry, I could not help myself!
Just found your channel, Cool Build! i'm gonna run back and see what all is done to the engine and everything. I'm in the process of doing a 67 C10 to do Drag & Drives. Paints been holding me up, are you liking the bare metal look so far?
What do you think of the Holley fuel pump? Does it work well for you? Is it loud when you're driving; can you hear it over the engine while driving?I've been told most external pumps are really loud. I'm thinking about buying one and would really appreciate your thoughts. Great build, really like the paint scheme and wow that engine bay pops. Nice work.
Thanks brotha appreciate it! I haven’t had any issues with the pump yet. It is loud in its priming state, but I can’t hear it over my engine. I am straight piped though. One thing I have noticed is it flows a lot of fuel, to the point where I need to change my cheap regulator because it can’t keep up with the flow.
Why are you running so many fuel filters? One should do it. Motor sounds great but way to loud for my taste/hearing my grandson and I are building up a 1968 C-20 3/4 4x4 8-foot Stepaside body the grandson is using the original l truck 4 speed hooked to a LS 6.o motor. along with an 1985 3/4 front and rear end. 3:42 ratio. Behind the seat gas tank.
I ran 2 filters because that’s what my Holley fuel pump was recommending. That sounds like it’s gonna be a nice lil truck your building! I’m definitely going to look for a 6.0 for my next build.

That’s a good idea, I’ll remember that! Thanks for the tip brotha! 😎🤙
