Thank you guys. The characters are so deep and felt very real. I was really impressed by the story, the shifting between morals, and the pureness of your acting. (I actually let a tear go in the cinema). Love from the Netherlands
For a debut film, it was very impressive indeed - had a lot of style and substance, and that 'seductive' or 'enchanting' quality the director was going for came across in spades. It helps the two leads were also excellent in their roles, particularly Buckley - she really harnessed her inner beast!
They are the only actors and director that seem to be themselves , and normal and class and cute at the same , and about the movie I loved it , it was well done and the story was good and the actors were into the characters , it was a well done movie .
I thought it could very well be Moll, who obviously had issues. Another suspect: the cop who was trying to paw her all the time. Maybe that was obvious to some, but hats off to Pearce for keeping it ambiguous. And, Jessie Buckley is a rising star! Michael Pearce... "The New Master Of The Macabre". (Feel free to use that, Mike :)
Yea the movie tricks you...The dude saved her from raping(why a killer do that?) and he was most of the film in control of himself. He was the bad boy that he wasn't that bad.Molly seemed completely lunatec so i thing many expected that she was making the murders. It was a good film and Jessie was the best, she scared me at some scenes,i was always waiting for her to snap and cut someones throat or shoot somebody haha. She's great,i hope she gets more leading roles
I am watching this film for the 3rd time wihtin 4 days :-) got addict to it at once. And i will buy it, too. For watching it then with the original english wording.
juan molina it was Pascal. He didn’t actually confess to murdering those girls but during the lunch towards the end, when moll begs him to tell the truth, and Pascal says ‘its over, they didn’t mean anything to me’ implies that he actually is the killer.
@@california4258 as far as I think he didn’t have any feelings for her. He was just using her because she was so madly in love with him that she was willing to lie for him. And this is exactly what she does.
@@sumayyahfarooq3349 I think he did love her, because he thought they were "the same". That's why he's so relieved after he "confesses" to her. What he didn't understand is that they are both Beasts, but not the same Beast.
@@sumayyahfarooq3349 I still read it as though he was just humoring her, at least by the way his face reads it, I know the script is meant for him to be the killer but the way it read for me was that he was humoring her and realizing just how far gone she was, I thought it was a shame that he says "they meant nothing to me" or "we're the same" because aside from those two lines (and a couple scenes like the choking scene or the hunting scene that kinda imply he's violent and the whole serial killers start off hurting animals cliche), I still believe everything in the movie pointed to her just blacking out and never thinking of herself as the guilty one, and since the movie is through her eyes and feelings we still get that sensation that she's not the killer...but she DEFINITELY is lol *edit: there is also the moment he chokes her in the bar, that was a blaring red flag definitely, but I guess it felt kinda out of character compared to the rest of what we've seen of Pascal
I just don't anderstand why it's so obvious that pascal is the killer...moll after they were together and before they found the girl who was killed is sitting on her caotch with earth all over her face, cloths and hands...

Brilliant film...it's obvious to see how thoughtful they all were with the many layers of the storytelling
Here for Johnny Flynn 💜
Fantastic film. Johnny and Jessie are amazing in it. That chip at the end was just genius. That's all fine then - oh yum, chips! Gets me every time.
Yes! For me that was real confirmation. Very creepy how "chipper" he was

After this interview, I will watch this movie with another attitude. Thanks for sharing - I am glad to get this insight.
He looked so different in the movie that I didn't even believe it was him. Very well done
"I did when you asked me" so cute!!!

That was some movie. Great acting, great screenplay and all in all great movie.
Great movie with an open ending. And those shots of Jersey . . .
Will definitely watch the movie asap. Btw, isn't Johnny Flynn incredibly hot??
It's killing me how hot he is
nope
yeeeesss
He's got those really round eyes, like Bradley Cooper. Very symmetrical. (I mean Michael Pearce.)
Whe the hell would anyone watch this then dislike it? They've obviously got nothing better to do.
great interview..... the guys, they kinda look like brothers ..... right?

I LOVE this film
Why do him and his principle actor look like brothers though?!
So I just watched the movie and I still need to know who is the killer .:
