I’m confused. How did you get shots of the other side of the Milky Way? LolGreat video! I’ve been wanting to try this for a long time.
The Milky Way spans the sky just follow it in the opposite direction of the South/SW/SE position of the core and the "other side' will be to the North/NE/NW..depending on where the core is at the present time of year.
