I went to Harbor House rehab. Learned that you are worthy of loving loving yourself. Once you truly LOVING yourself. The real healing begins. Im clean for 40 days now. I liseten to this song everyday. Sometimes I'll put it on repeat. Dont live in the past but remember it and we aren't promised tomorrow but live in the presence because it's a gift. This song repeatedly peels back the layers to my disease , and just leaves me feeling so raw and real. Over 6 yrs clean , with Joe Nester tracks on my all my playlist. Colliches verse here brings tears to my eyes..I don't care enough to crawl up out this living hell, camp fire Chronicles, horrendous as I sit and tell... I never listen well my body's black and blue...ahh.. I can't... It's so good it hurts..
