Only when your talking about DKT full potential, then correct. But if your talking about in the manga, literally hand demon level, at most lower moon level. Why? He literally didn’t kill off a single hashira despite all of them being injured. He slammed Giyu to a wall but despite giyuu already being very injured, survived.
And the fact that his skin cannot stop a needle into entering his skin and putting in the medicine which turn him back into a human just means his durability isn’t really good.
