I tried onion juice and it was amazing. The only down side was my hair felt and looked thin yet it appeared to be rich in volume. Anywhoo..I just want to encourage a few sisters to be strong and keep the faith. Life can be pressuring but keep pushing. You will make it. Have a great day.

I kinda don’t like videos like this where the thumbnail shows ur hair super short then boom ur hair is long it’s kinda false advertising because ur hair journey wasn’t based on just onion juice for hair growth. With that being said try at ur own risk.

I can appreciate this video because you tried to make the condition of the hair the same, something I've seen several others not do. Onion is notorious for hair growth and it did indeed look like there'd been growth. Good luck to you!

Do you use only onion or with others things such as orange juice
so many people miss the point of braiding or twisting your hair during these challenges. I'm so glad she explained it. I do rice water all the time and I always do about 16-32 twist while applying the rice water everyday for 8-10 days and I never have experienced breakage. But by my hair being twisted if something started to go wrong like my hair drying out I can apply the remedy and fix it before having to manipulate it.

Tip to help with onion smell. Do research. I blend a white potatoe and juice it the same as onion. Mix the liquids together and strain twice. NO ONION SMELL. However when you use the potato method it can't be stored, unfortunately. So I do this frequently just not everyday.

Onion juice treatment can damage your hair if its done too often.
Lavender oil can help remove d smell.

I don't use it often but when I do it's always to get rid of my fairy knots or if my hair looks dull and dry. I use onion, garlic, ginger and a little moringa powder.
So that mixture makes your hair look shiny and helps you with fairy knots😱?
@@naturallyfina yea, I guess. my hair usually feels extra soft after. I think it relaxes my cuticles... I may still have to go in n clip a few fairy knots but generally after using it their gone🤷🏾♀️...not sure y...n the shine is incredible too🤸🏾♀️
