    Oh! Great tip on the wrinkling! This info is awesome. I love your gel printing but am so glad to see this new technique. Yes yes. Great tip on cleaning glue brushes. I'm going to have to find that cleaner! Excellent!

    I have memories of cleaning my Grammies brushes for her after she was done oil painting for the day. I had to use turpentine first then a bar of soap to rub back and forth until no color came off. Thanks for the memories! Loved your tips!

    So much information. Love this video with the many suggestions and explanations from your many years of experience.
    I learned a lot and can’t wait to use this technique on a cradle board. To save some bucks I pick up cradle boards that are already painted for $10 or less at places like Big Lots, gesso over the artwork, and I’ve got a substrate ready. I don’t know if this is less archival. Hope not. It suits my purpose as I’m not a working artist. Strictly amateur and what I produce is for gifts or donated to fund raisers.
    PS - You have a great voice!

    When you sell your work how do you avoid copyright issues? I'm afraid to use book pages. Thanks so much

    • @ElizabethStHilaire
      @ElizabethStHilaire  2 года назад +1

      Selling an original is not an issue. Reproducing in mass Quantities for publishing it in a Printed publication is where you’ll have copyright issues. So if you’re only making the artwork for yourself, or to sell as one original, you don’t have to worry about it. If you want to go commercial with it then you have to tear the book pages up into small pieces so that their unrecognizable and then you don’t have to worry about it

    Have you heard of Gloves in a Bottle? I use it before working with glue or finger rubbing waxes. Available at Lee Valley Tools. 🦌💌❤️📚✍️
