Love how they gave us small pieces but not as much as we can match them together and see what is coming, This, Way of the Fire, and Darkness and Frost + Time riff. They are truly the best band there is out there :D

To be honest there's a studio trailer with 10 seconds of this song and then there's the heidenfest trailer where there are 30 seconds.so that's almost a minute! Anyway,i can't imagine how long you've been waiting man! I've been waiting only since christmas I can't wait!!!

@AgentGustavo Because the new album is so complex, and Jari wants everything to be perfect and in order. It's a mixture of an incredible pile of songs, and the length is amazing. A 70 minute concept album. Every song lasts approximately 10 minutes. Three on 13,13 and 14

I'm sure it happened like once. But for real we are talking about 6 years. Kalmah, Norther, Finntroll, they all pull great albums every 2 years. It would be cool to have more Wintersun too.

I think they combine the too pretty well. Some of the songs are pretty boring if you're not into uber long guitar and keyboard solos, but then other songs are amazing musically.

i really did man and i mean it. show me a vid of his where he plays 16th notes at at least 200 or faster for a longer period of time and i take it back..
and yees i know speed isn't everything..as i said the rest of his skills are amazing..but speedy drumming like used death metal style is not his thing and he couldn't do it.

portnoy of course is amazing too my friend, but could never play death metal. and i'm glad he doesn't. cause what he does is unique and amazing. he's creative, versatile/ master of odd times, but not fast. which is cool as well, fits perfectly with dream theater.
but i tell you. all of you: he could NEVER play that fast or that style of music. that's not his thing, he never practised that, so yeah, let's talk bout sth else haha :)
