This tutorial is not in any way related to any pages on the added profiles. Added profiles is way different than the "other accounts" created using a diff credentials. Added profiles is linked to your main facebook account while the other accounts that was removed in this tutorial is just another account created under a diff name, back up/other email, or other phone numbers.
