You make me more appreciative of my culture/food. I now wanna re-explore my country and enjoy its unique beauty. You two make everything shine 💜 Love you both and bless y'all cuties :,)
the ending of the video felt so nostalgic! it really reminded me of every time i had to take a plane to leave malaysia and the bittersweet feeling i had being privileged enough to study abroad but also feeling saddened to be separated from a place i grew up in. glad to see that jonah is still able to reconnect with his malaysian roots (sarsi!!! i always thought it tasted a bit like root beer? so i'm surprised dasha thinks it tastes like tiger balm!). glad the both of you had fun in ipoh! hope you'll come back to malaysia soon :)
I’ve been binge watching you videos dasha! I love your vlogs and the next time you’re in Malaysia i’ll be sooooo happy to take you around :) we have so much more food you’ve yet to explore! xx
Amazing how there are different variations of the dish under the same dish name all over in Malaysia. Should head over to Penang to try all of the best local food in Malaysia !! :)
That’s the laksa I grew up eating! My partner is Korean and I’m American-Chinese-Malay so this series has been really cozy. I watch it whenever I miss home haha
Dang come to KL the next time and hit us up. And get Jono to upload his videos on his channel too please. U guys are the only VLOG RUclipsrs I watch btw.
I was just thinking about how I miss dasha an it’s been a min since u posted ahhaha ! Nevertheless I did get to catch up on your old vids :) 💜💜💜 I hope ur well & resting ! Love yaaa
omg the smoking warning is so many languages including Hindi (one of the indian language) also, Malaysian food looks like a mixture of Indian and Chinese food. by the way, if any Malaysian is reading this then please tell me about your food culture a little bit. Am I right or wrong?
Malaysia is a diverse country therefore the food will be diverse as well. So its normal to see malay, indian, chinese, thai, arab, bornean, etc foods mixed together. And yes, even the signs are in multiple language (some places will have foreign language in its sign like korean)
