The game would be a complete disaster and the exact opposite of what you’d want out of it. It would be a laggy, broken mess, or it would have major quality and mechanic downgrades just to suit a multiplayer game. Or at least, that’s how I think it would go. I’m not a professional or anything.

It was found out that if they were going to do any multiplayer game from these single player IP’s, they were going to make it a live service game like Fortnite. One that included a battle pass, frequent updates. All this requires the game developers to be constantly involved in the game. This requires a lot from these game developers, especially if the game flops. They realised that live service was more than they could offer. Fortnite got lucky. A lot of game developers are trying to replicate what Fortnite did and failed. I mean look at the Marvel Avengers game. They chose to do what they do best and you can’t really fault them for that. I am annoyed that they cancelled these multiplayer games, especially the last of us factions. However I’m happy they’re not going that route if it was just battle passes and locked content they were going to go with.

That menu music is fantastic, obviously it's quite simple, but it's giving me that nostalgic feeling for games like DC Universe and BRINK. Not sure if that style of music for things like menus or character customization screens was a late 2000's to early 2010's thing, it might've lasted longer, but that window has some of my favorite gaming memories. This is a fantastic concept that I hope we get something similar to someday! Keep up the amazing work, you're incredibly talented!
I pray we get something like this for Spider-Man 2. Because this is needed, especially considering the backlash. They need to be their bounce back besides the story. It needs to be more than the story that people would be looking forward to. I think this could be a start.
I think a make-your-own suit mode would’ve been great! Hopefully insomniac is looking at community suggestions and might incorporate it in SM3… The possibilities are endless!
