Unbelievable, that a company Megahome whose products are so expensive, does not respond to requests from people who want to purchase directly from it its most expensive water purifier. I'm just thinking about what happens to those who have already bought from Megahome a distiller, and they need the company's service: do they answer inquiries? I'm in Doubt.
I would recommend drilling a 6 millimetres hole in this jug lid, opposite side to where the spout is. This hole is needed to allow air to get in to the jug as you pour the water out. Thus enabling a smooth flowing of the water. Otherwise a vacuum is created in to the jug as you pour the water out. This will cause the water flow to slow down or stop, and then rush out, potentially spilling out.
Thanks. This helps. I’ve been struggling to put metal bands on it. Now I know thanks to you.
Can you take the handle part back of if you need to tighten the screws back up

Those steel bands rust
I don't agree. I've had my distiller for year and the bands haven't rusted.
@@monikagrzankowska5768 mine has rusted from the inside of the band
@@deeallen4726 - After 6 years, mine has rusted also.
You can see the rust through the glass.

This isn’t necessary.
