Gud evening... I have a problem with our sirona xray machine. Our machine can take a panoramic radiography but i can't change the program to other transaction. The machine hang and restart and back to panoramic(P1). What should be the possible problem of our machine?
The Axeos consistently bumps or drags into patient shoulders causing motion blur... even when positioned correctly. The machine itself was built too small for most adult male patients, and many females too. Note that the clearest scans from Axeos are taken on very small-framed patients, or requires altered positioning that cuts off the lower section of the mandible. Axeos is way too expensive to have problems like this.
