@@AyaKatz Yeah. I used to look weaker back in 2014, but ever since I started working out in 2016 to doing high school varsity soccer tryout in 2017, 2018, 2019 which I failed to making them. I have gotten stronger than before. During the spring/summer of 2022 I did went gym back in my native country and I played Tennis. Right now I am not really working out, but I do 60 push ups a day to not only be slim, but be strong. I also do not have diet whether in being high in fat/calories, I eat anything.
