There are many folks who have never owned an RV before that watch these videos. When something stands out or is worth mentioning that differentiates one brand from another, I go into much more detail so new RV owners understand the difference. This is why I might explain things in much greater depth than many prefer. If you're a veteran RV owner, then you can forward through it. But for new folks this may be very impactful.

I love how informative ur videos are. Brinkley seems to reallly care about quality. I was impressed that their 5th wheel has no exterior sealant. Are they the only manufacturer that does this? I saw ur alliance factory tour. Do they use exterior sealant or are their units like the Brinkley? Keep up the good work:)

I have watched your channel off and on for years and have always appreciated your knowledgeable input. I have owned and have been rving for probably 30 years. Starting with a popup camper to a fifth wheel I have now. As a consumer in the rv market I rely on channels like this to try and keep up with the trends in the market but all channels are not created equal. Yours hits the mark for me due to your input during your videos. I have always caught myself watching till the end of your videos and have always felt I have learned from them. The Brinkley will be my next rv and actually went and looked at them today at my local dealer. Thanks for your hard work to help newbies as well as long time rvers make a more informed decision when trying to negotiate through the ever changing rv industry.

We have spent the last 3 + years looking at RVs narrowing down our the list of manufactures. We were set on the Alliance RV until Brinkley came to the market. We went to the Denver RV show in March this year to specifically look at the Brinkley units. We were very impressed and have been on the fence as to which company to go with when we are ready to buy next year. After watching your factory tour and learning more about the Brinkley difference. We have made our decision. Brinkley you have 100% won us over. Well Done Brinkley!!! Thank you JD for taking the time to create an incredible factory tour video. Thanks again!!

My wife and I are one of those first time RV buyers they mentioned. We brought our Model Z home last week. I can't wait to show this series to my wife and family. After talking with Nate I was sure this was a well made unit but I really had no idea. Thanks J.D. for the inside look to the Brinkley.

I’m glad you covered the sidewall crack. My 2022 Montana 3855 BR goes in tomorrow to get it fixed and have that flex joint installed. They should have done it from the beginning. I notice now all 2023 models come with the flex joint. Those Brinkleys are what all manufacturers need to strive for.

Thank you for doing this video. I’ve never RV’d before and I like the thought of doing it. I’m nearing retirement and am doing my research now. I want to rent first several times (both bumper pull and Class C) to see if this is what I want to do prior to buying. I subscribe to both of your channels, Bish’s, Wingman Wisdom, RV Inspection and Care, and another as part of my research. I want my second RV to be bought the first time, or in other words but once cry once. I really enjoy watching these Brinkley videos. Thank you this factory tour. If I were to purchase a new RV, touring the factory is something that I would want to do. My aunt and uncle did this one time. Touring is an excellent way of being confident in the quality of the product in which you are buying. My wife and I had requested and toured the Amish kitchen cabinet factory prior to purchasing our custom kitchen. I have really enjoyed watching every Brinkley video that I’ve seen. This brand is definitely on my short list should I decide to buy. But my question for you is….. when are you buying your Brinkley? I know you are partial to your Brookstone because you helped designed it; but I can tell you really like these Brinkley’s as well. Thank you again for doing this video.

I love Brinkley RV’s! It just seems like every RV that I watch a tour on pretty much looks the same. With Brinkley you can see all the difference’s everywhere you look. I love the dark mustard colored theater seats. It is so refreshing to to see something other than light beige or brown seats. And the off white cream colored fabric couch also looks nice. I could go on and on but I won’t lol. Anyway thanks so much for all the info and showing us this lovely RV!

Two comments. The shake table is a good start but for it to be effective, it has to emulate actual conditions in terms of vibration frequency and amplitude. There should be research that documents that the shaker actually emulates reality. An important point is that the frame is not constrained from moving as it would be when attached to a tow vehicle. More importantly, a similar test should be done over a longer period of time to determine the propensity of the frame to crack when being towed. This would require a test rig that can replicate the stresses imposed when the vehicle is towed. This should include determining both the ultimate yield of the frame and the fatigue life of the frame. You can see examples of this on RUclips in the form of videos that show the fatigue testing done on aircraft wings as well as the procedure that flexes the wing until it yields. Secondly, it is a maxim of quality management that you can't inspect in quality. The various inspections are only useful if the information is used to refine assembly practices to prevent the defects from occurring. One way to get a start on this is to use a good CAD/CAM system with 3D capability that allows finite element analysis to be performed. This type of system allows the loads to be simulated and the impact on the frame. The system will show where the highest stresses are and some can actually simulate fatigue loads and failures. This, of course depends on the ability to determine what the actual loads are when the rig is loaded to maximum load and towed.

I'm really enjoying this series. LMAO, "Are we goin to the shaker?" I could hear the kid in you come out lol. Then, "I wanna stand on the inside!" even more kid came out lol. The excitement level had me excited for you. I was hoping they would let you at least put a camera in there. I really like their windows and trim. The flush floors are a super win for me. I'm curious about their slide floor construction. Slide sag is a big problem for those who leave the slides open for long periods of time. I have that issue with my unit. Being that its lived in full time, our slides are always open.

Don't know if they are the RV destroyer as of yet, although Alliance does somethings better and Brinkley does other things better. Questions I have for Brinkley,,,,
    1. Everchill Refridgerators look great, problem is they prone to losing freon and they are on the low end in terms of quality, Wondering how long the warranty is on the fridge, If its 1 year i'll stay away.
    2. The slide systems for pull outs. Are they BAl Exact slides? if they are the old accu slide, that alone is a disaster waiting to happen.
    3. Is the unit plumbed correct? If the fittings for the plumbing are just the squeeze on compression type they are very prone to leaking and causing serious water damage. In comparison the plumbing on Alliance pardigm is done perfect.
Inquiring minds would like to know.
