Hello, I have a problem with adding to the figure because I dont have zvi files. My data is in 4 individual .tif files. How can I add it to the figure?
There are a few ways to deal with multiple tiff files. 1). if you have all the tiffs open in ImageJ at once, you may go to the ImageJ menubar and choose the "Image>Stacks>Images to Stack" option in the Image menu. Once they are all one stack, you can click the QuickFigure button in QuickFigures. Alternatively, 2). With the QuickFigures toolbar selected, you may go to the File>New>Empty Worksheet option. Select all the files at once and drag/drop them as a bundle onto the empty worksheet.
@@quickfigures8341 Thank you for the reply. I used the first option with the stack and it creates the figure as I want it. But I have a problem with creating a second row of images. It's always 4 images in a separate folder and I want to have them all in one figure. Once I have the figure with my first 4 images, how can I add the next 4 images to the figure?
@@svenjalohse4779 If you use the "Images to stack" option a few times and save the resulting tiff stacks in separate files, you can then drag/drop the stacks onto a figure in QuickFigures. This should add more images to the figure.
I'm having tears of joy right now. And I was literally clapping for you. Thanks for the great tool.
Thanks. Let me know if you have any ideas for new features or have any questions.

This is nice, but is there a way for it to not close your original image you had open when you create a figure or inset?
There is no option for this. However, you can just open the image again.
