I signed up with gmail and got my code an hour before the presale opened on the 24th. Opened ticketmaster 10 minutes beforehand to sit in the waiting room, and still had 3400 people ahead of me when I got put in the queue at 10. The queue moved pretty fast and I got in to select seats within 5 minutes but it already said floor tickets and pretty much the whole front half of the arena (Tampa) was sold out already. I managed to get two tickets, but not before several seats were bought out from under me when I tried to put them in my cart. But at least I got them! And the more I hear about the situation, the less I can believe I got so incredibly lucky.
I was # 7000 in queue for Asheville on Tuesday. Sold out by the time my turn came up, and then realized I never got my code. Got the “we are sorry” email too. Oh well - glad for everyone that snagged seats, and here’s hoping they book bigger venues and more dates. Worship
That’s as me also. Got through the Q and realized I don’t have my code. Got it yesterday late like everyone else but I was able to get a ticket for the concert in Montreal that I wanted so I’m happy.

I was 7000+ for Chicago and 20,000+ for Toronto.
I got my code at 9:45am and had opened the browser the day before. Still had the same result. Stuck in a massive queue and by the time I got in they were sold out. Having a code didn't help. I use the Gmail app but have my email through my ISP.

It’s sadly too late. Tons of us bought off stub hub. They should make them transfer day of. How are they allowed to sell non real tickets? This makes no sense from a business standpoint. It’s gonna be hundreds of refunds day of concert. Insane for us to think we could buy them at reputable sites. And that they probably will get away with this.
It’s definitely unfortunate but the label did make a statement about this a week prior. I just don’t think many people seen it or heard about it. Call them and tell them the situation and hopefully you can get a full refund. I know some have been able to. Best of luck 🤞
Chicago presale felt like a joke. Was in line early waiting for a chance. Queued up at 10am on dot only to be 4800 in line. Waited 15 minutes to miss out. Then today was the same thing. Sucked. Maybe next time

Chicago was the worst cause it's the one out if two states (ny) that protect scalpers so they can resell for more than face value and transfer. We were up against the scalpers 😢
I woke up early with a code on time and I was still 8,000 in the queue the very second they went on sale. It was hopeless from the start really. The Asheville show only has a 7,200 capacity so if anybody got a ticket I really want to know that secret.
Used my yahoo account, got my presale code an hour before start time Wednesday. Wife got in the queue with 200 ahead for the atl show, bought 4 tickets. I hate that other fans had such a nightmare experience.

I was able to get 4 in Montreal, wife, daughter and her boyfriend are going to see me go ape sh*t hahaha. And friends ans work colleagues got them as well we are all going together. And was able to get one ticket and going alone the Monday in Toronto. I had the opportunity for one on the Tuesday as well and now regret not going for it. My codes worked and for Toronto, I went back in with the code at night and there was one or two remaining and was able to get it. Turning 55 this year and there is no way I am missing this!!! Feeling extremely sorry for the fans who had the codes issues. Stay positive. You’ll be able to see them I am certain!
I registered my yahoo email and got the code right at 9am just before the sale, but it didn’t matter. I tried all three days and once I got past the queue everything was gone…shocking 🙄. I got that email this morning and all I could picture while reading it was that South Park episode where the BP oil company big wig is sitting on the rug saying “we’re sorry” for the oil spill 😂. This was just a shit show all around.
I didn’t get my code through Gmail either for Dallas. I was hoping to get 3 tickets to take my daughter and grandson to their first concert. Fingers crossed I can score them later.
No code until yesterday ( 25th) Gmail. Today got an apology email.
Got my presale code the day AFTER tickets went on sale…needless to say I’m furious

Well I’m glad I watched this video. I almost bought a ticket off of seat geek. I’m a new fan of sleep token too. Like I’m super obsessed and I’m enjoying deciphering the lyrics and their music is therapeutic for me. I’m a 42 year old homeschooling mom who never gets out hahaha 😂 so going to see sleep token would be tits. I’d cry probably. Hahahaha

Also the confusion over this TM transfer to stubhub/vivid/seat geek is making me wish they would put out an official statement at this point because many are not believing what’s being posted.

I used outlook and got my code hour before for Pittsburgh. Brought one floor ticket. Gave my code to ppl on the FB fan page. Also going to Sonic Temple which I think would likely be the easiest place to see ST. Hopefully y’all can go.
I did get my code about half an hour before the presale, and I was using a gmail account. Unfortunately struck out on tickets three days in a row 😅 All three days I was anxious af going into the queue, and every day was slightly worse than the day before. 😩 Come on and sell those tickets back, scalpers. 😂

The event is like 4 months away a lot can change by then it’s not like it’s tomorrow or something they said he has a partnership with the venue maybe he works there or something idk either way I can still get a refund and hope I can get something else by then
I was a gmail and I did not get a code, my mom who did get a code is hotmail
I have gmail and got my code while in the lobby around 9:55. Still could not get tickets. Every time i tried to add to cart the tickets were suddenly unavailable until i got kicked out. Happened like that all three days. So as of right now, I will not get to go. Hopefully i can find some on resale. St. Louis had one of the smallest venues though so who knows.
Same happened to me for the Pittsburgh date. I got my pre-sale code 45mins before it opened queue and every time I tried to snag two tix (One for me and one for my Senior citizen Mom...She loves them) it kicked me out. Had to log back in , Re enter code , And each time less seats available and higher prices overall. After the 5th try (From work no less) I gave up. Now event link says none available.

I'm a former recording and touring musician, And have been going to concerts since the mid 80's when I was a teen, Never has it been such a debacle or literally this fucked up to buy a ticket to anything.
AEG and they're "We're Sorry" email means nothing. They never explained how the "malfunction" was rectified OR how those of us that got screwed can buy tickets.

I think there’s confusion because in your previous video it sounded like you said yall got your tickets off stubhub? And in the comments a person mentioned getting their tix to the CO show off vivid and you commented it would be a good ticket

It is the ban and record labels fault, why didnt they say something about not allowing tickets from other web sites also why wait after the sales to try and combat scalpers and bots,do it before not after!!!!

I got a code but I use yahoo for so many things, including these concerts. I don’t use my gmail except for business type things. My plus one for NYC uses gmail only and got the code a day late. It’s ok though because we had decided that NYC is enough for us. I would have seen them elsewhere but I’m just so happy NYC is an excuse to go on a mini vacation with my cohort. And side note, I’m so happy when karma comes and gets those it should. Scammers and shady people deserve to get screwed quite honestly.
It seems like folks with yahoo accounts faired much better. I wonder why that made a difference? 🤷♀️. Congrats on the tickets!

My issue is not the code, that was bad and it definitely hurt a lot of fans that signed up early. Sleep Token outgrew the venue they booked in Atlanta. We have six million people in this city and the Roxy only holds 3600 people. There are many other venues with more seats they could have booked. Gwinnett Arena holds 13,000 people - at least a location like that would allow for a larger portion of their fan base to come to the show. They sold out the Yuengling Center in Tampa (10,000 seats) - why did we not get that same opportunity? Either they should have done two nights or booked a larger venue. This was always going to be a shit show for any ST fans in the ATL.
There are many reasons it could have happened. When booking a show a lot goes into it. Fees the band pays, how much Merch revenue the venue wants of their sales, and of course does the venues in the city already have someone booked to perform on the dates they are passing through that area just to list a few. So it’s possible that the venue they are playing was picked due to an item from that list or a combination of them. Hope that makes sense
Totally understandable and agree there are circumstances that would prevent them from playing in another place. Does not make it suck any less for the rest of us. They are playing the night before and after Atlanta, so a second night would likely not be possible. All I can do is wait till they come back on the next run...
Me and my gf both signed up for codes. We both didn't receive til next day and both tried today to get tickets for Boston show and we both couldn't.
With how much demand these sleep token shows are I don't understand why they are playing such small venues . When it seems by the demand they could have sold out 12-15k cap venues

My friend and I both joined the mailing list last weekend. Neither of us ever got our code. The day before the presale, I decided to try and send off for the code again, only used my work email rather than my personal one and immediately got the code. Didn’t matter though, as I was like #9000 at a venue that holds 5500 (salt shed Chicago). Friend gets in, she’s like 2500 in line and as soon as she gets in the ticket room, they’re sold out. She was in such disbelief that she just kept hitting “refresh” and re entering her code and after about 10min, the seats turned blue again and she was able to grab us each a ticket. GA was only $65 too! Cannot WAIT 🤘🤘🤘

As many people will relate, I signed up for my presale code as soon as that website dropped, but I didn't get my email until 10:36. By 10:20 the Atlanta venue had already been sold out. I'm very confused as to why they even give out so many codes when the venue can only fit so many people.
I have a gmail account and got my presale code on the 25th at about 11am est, but mine was for the concert at Massey hall in Toronto cause for the Toronto concert we had to buy tickets through Massey hall's website and not Ticketmaster. I just checked Montreal's concert and there's a bunch of seats in the 200s for around 80$
I did get mine a few minutes after I was supposed to for pre sale 1. I have yahoo.
So what are they going to do with the botted tickets?

Man, do i feel screwedd over. There were 6700+ in front of me for the Irving show (i never got the code in email, i got a link through SMS that let me in with my code already entered. By 10:18, there was absolutely nothing left. I desperately need an ADA seat (3 separate spine surgeries since 2016) but i would take on a mountain to see Sleep Token.
I just feel so screwed over, ya know? At this rate I might never get to see them.
I'm glad the band is doing this well, they deserve all the attention they are receiving. Hopefully we can all get to see them at some point. *sigh*

Never mind AEG is the company behind AXS which is behind Live Nation so I think they are legit outside of ticketmaster.

I was told by someone at vivid that the seller I got my ticket through is a verified large seller which means he’s sold over $10,000 in tickets and a has a paid partnership with the venue so that’s how I was able to get mine and was rest assured I’d have them before the event cause the venues don’t even send them out until a few weeks before the concert so I should get but if I don’t I’m gonna spam their review section with 1 star until it drops
Unless ticket master makes the tickets transferable, there's no way for this seller to give you the tickets.
