Something important that I forgot to mention and that most of people didn´t realized is that between the first and the second cutscene there is a time jump of six months, meaning that lots of things happened during that time while Chief was floating in space. Also, something that is not mentioned during this campaign is that the Banished and the UNSC are "lost". If you noticed, the Ring was complete in the first cutscene but in the second one is broken, so, an important and destructive event happened that destroyed the Ring and as a safe protocol, the Ring entered Slipspace and teleported to another place, a place where is unknown space for the UNSC so the crew of the Infinity is "lost" for the rest of the UNSC. 49:59 Unggoy are really smart, at least smarter than most of the species of the Covenant/Banished. During a mission in Halo 5, you can listen to a converstion between a Sangheili and an Unggoy where the Unggoy established that what it may took to an Elite weeks or months to learn, a Grunt can learn it in a few days.
Time jumps.. this is hard enough to understand as is x) Thank you for filling in, hopefully i will remember all this. Slipspace ahh that was the word was looking for earlier. So we are in unknown space. I'm really curious where this game is gonna take us eventually. Yea Unggoy are surprising in many ways, they really don't seems smart but that makes them dangerous too. Never underestimate your enemies. And i've been hearing little bit of Lore where Unggoy almost destroyed Covenant? Need to learn more about that at some point.
As you continue, some people go to major objective to the next. To get the full value of the game, you need to accumulate valor. Valor increases your weapons and soldiers. Get valor by capturing FOBs (forward operating bases), rescuing soldiers, and destroying propaganda towers. To give you extra tools are provided by spartan cores. The upgrades provide stronger shields, better grappling, a drop shield, and a thruster module. All of these can get upgraded, shields are the most important. Killing miniboss targets gives you covenant weapons at your FOBS. The fast travel option costs nothing and lets you transport to any site you have played, like The Tower, areas you rescued soldiers, targets you defeated, and FOBS. Much faster and safer than walking, driving, and later flying. Don't forget to give your soldiers better weapons as they have unlimited ammo, you don't.
