I think the most amazing part of the video besides the show itself is the fact the Blue Angels were able to use the 6 main jets and didn't have to roll out a spare or just fly one down as I've seen them very often do!
Those legacies they used for 35 years were the oldest in the fleet and maintained them for 35 years so it shows the greatness of the maintenance crews of avaition. These supers are more modern and “new” though they are the oldest in the fleet but since they’re more new they have fewer problems
That Diamond 360 at 5:00! Wingtips as close as you can get. Wow. Guess I'm a little more impressed than usual since this is the first year with Rhinos and I was wondering how the larger airframe would factor in, but clearly not here!
when in Pensacola for spring break in the early 1990's, we and some Canadian pilots on holiday got to see them practice then do their show. 2 or 3 days of air-geekery. In Atlanta in the mid 2000's, our office building was one of their markers, again 2 days of practice before their shows. Amazing. It turns everyone into a 10-year-old.
Seen them in the 80's @ Opa Locka Airport, Fla. Now they Fly 20 miles N. in Fort Lauderdale's lateral to the Beach & its a better place & not 3 miles away like before. Air Superiority in your face , feeling. 💪🇺🇸
Great show, and great cut. Loved the sound. Such tight formations, closer than the Thunderbirds. Heard they have rigged a spring stabilizing system on the sticks to aid in precise control. Cool how that they ended by all hitting the same point on the runway. Flew them onto the ground, no flare, perk of a ship-rated undercarriage lol. Go Navy!
No "joystick Stabilization." The Blues use a spring on the joystick to force the pilot to work against the tension. Even with the aircraft trimmed out, the pilot has to apply over 20 lbs. of force to keep the stick neutral.
? Playing music during jet performances is retarded. The only thing that makes sense is topgun music. We are there to hear the sound, not music played on terrible speakers.
my wife and I saw them 3 years ago in Maine they were pronominal the last time I saw them fly was at south Weymouth Naval aerostation they were flying a-4 Skyhawks back in the middle 60's
Right? I wonder what time of year this was. You can really tell the difference between a show in April and a show in September. They're much more dialed in. They're were a few other things I noticed also. They broke formation at the end of the maneuver where 1 and 4 are inverted. Usually, 1 and 4 just flip back and diamond comes back together. This time 2 and 3 broke off.
Sometimes I get a bit nervous with some of their maneuvers but then I get to thinking that they're Professionals and they know what they're doing. You don't become an ELITE demonstration pilot overnight. Their excellence in the air comes with thousands and thousands of hours practicing. During Winter training they fly 6 days a week, 3 times a day for 10 weeks. That's why they're so good!

I'm not a huge fan of Super Hornet, but in Blue Angel colors, they are beautiful.
Can we just take a second to admire how close they are in the diamond @5:00

That 3:48 rollover that low is just sick.

It’s a dodge
Ohh but that sneak pass though woo wee!
That's always a fun moment
Great camera work! The Angels did a lot new maneuvers I hadn't seen before from them.
Fantastic !!!

America's Finest Aviators!!
=All 💚
Woooow that’s amazing
The Blue Angels without music just doesn't make sense, they are a airshow act, the music is part of the airshow experience!

Pronominal. Pro+nominal = slightly better than average.
ついにスーパーホーネットがブルーエンジェルスに!
Bring it Vlady!
So, one question remains... are they angels in the sky or masters in the sky??? 🇧🇷🇧🇷🇺🇸🇺🇸Salute from Brazil my great people!
Rule the skies
I seen these 6 years ago
Music fit the airplanes fly
As always, the Angels show the TB's how it's done. The Tb's don't land on a postage stamp at night.
In the rain, on a pitching and rolling deck.

I was so hoping to see them flip that car...lol

Vidalia, GA, April 23-24, 2022
Hello.
💚
The Slot didn't exactly keep formation on the climb out from take off.
I'm sure that came up in the debrief

How did the slot pilot even get on the team?
You can play killer.
I always get nervous at air shows!!!

Is London UK or is that London USA
Is that London England or is that London United States
London, Canada!
Red arrows came to the US now the Blue angels go to the UK!?
They have performed in the UK and other nations before, but not this time. This was in Canada: London, Ontario.
💚🙃💚😁🤗
Airshow
No music 👍🙏
That is so cool I think you for saving USA
Nice to not have the terrible music as in some of the other shows.
They flew a better display in the Legacy Hornets…
