I like how Japanese carefully do their work... I will vote them 1000% over Chinese contractors..... I don't like how most Chinese and African contractors leave roads unfinished.. No walkways, irregular finishes... Some parts may even feel accident hotspots... Japanese do a commendable job... They look at the future and general safety of everyone
