Wow! Its like an old Guild style apprenticeship. Even though technology has a huge hand in the way jewelry is made today, its so great to see the exercises, techniques and skill jewelers were required to possess not even to long ago. Amazing video! Thank you!
Respeckt, great work. I hade dislexia I could not read or write until i was 35. I was kickt from jewelry skool afther 2 years 😂 But now i can read and ✍ a little and i have my own jewelry shop in Holland. I dint give up, i love jewelry making. I learned the most from my dad who had a jewelry shop and i learned a lot from jewelry making youtubers. So thank you for sharing your knowledge 🙏
I did a 2.5 year German telecommunications program that was imported to the states. It's an amazing process to go through and you learn so much and so thoroughly. I wish these types of programs were easier to find in the us.
Wow! Thank Klaus and yourself for sharing this. Super impressive 👍👍

@7:14 WOW! all those pressure fit pieces were very unexpected! They really don't play around in Geneva!
This is even better the second time through.

Unfortunately there is only one specialized chain maker today left in Geneva, and he said there will none after him..
I’d love to see his sawing projects.
Fascinating
