As a brown person that loves studying history, i don't know why they are putting POCs in stories like this. Charles Dickens wrote about the times he lived in. It's like having POCs as main characters in Huckleberry Fin.
I mean, it’s not impossible, and Charles Dickens’ work is fictional. He wrote about a talking cricket for Pete’s sake. Would you be mad if the cricket’s overcoat were the wrong time period? C’mon. Also, I’m guessing you’re trolling because obviously Jim is a main character in Huckleberry Finn.
@Jet Threat not Trolling. Just asking. I feel that POCs are being shoe horned in to make those in power feel good. When in fact POCs are dealing with real racism. Even the people in power are now POCs and are making rule blocking people crossing the channel. It's complicated I guess. It just irked me seeing this RUclips short.
