OMGOD! She not only did the most ridiculously difficult passes I've ever seen, but *STUCK* them ALL, AND she didn't even pause to concentrate on each of them! *AAAND* her dancing/choreography is complex, innovative and just *FIERCE*! WOW...
+macukennedy Tim is getting annoying. And I used to be a fan of his. But now it seems he is getting too biased. As for Nastia, she doesn't bother me that much. She doesn't do much monologues. She just comments. I see Sam as a potential commentator when he retires. He is so good looking and popular with all the ladies. And the men like him too.
Woah. I think I just found my new favorite gymnast. Her showmanship and charism is off the charts. And those tumbling passes? And those LANDINGS? Humanah humanah humanah. Incredible. Excited to see more from her.
+Andrew H. She is smart to always have lots of padding when she practices her riskiest skill. I think she should not try to stick anything except in major competitions. Biles should win Worlds this year with steps on all of her landings. I remember a commentator that trying to save a bad landing and trying to land straight legged could be risky.
@@vettegaddia6234landing with straight legs(aka locking your knees) isn’t something gymnasts do because it’s dangerous, sticking just means their feet don’t move on the landing, so no hops or steps.
This is truly AMAZING! I've watched it 5 times! Love her smiling through the whole thing! I know she has more difficulty to offer, but does anyone worry about her peaking too soon?? I definitely want to see her in Rio!
Simone is truly the best female gymnast in the WORLD on floor right now. If she had competed in London she would've challenged Aly for the floor gold without a question.
***** What I meant was that if she performed like THIS in 2012 she would've contended for floor gold. Both Aly and Simone will be remembered as two of the best female floor workers in gymnastics history.
strongbad635 I mentioned in another thread somewhere - she didn't fully complete two dance steps (double spin in tuck and the 1.5 spin leap), which would have resulted in 0.3 being docked from her D score. Plus there's no 0.1 bonus for stuck landings in the Olympics. So 15.8 would have been 15.4 for Silver. Still not too shabs, I must say!! Hopefully she can keep it up.
strongbad635"Both Aly and Simone will be remembered as two of the best female floor workers in gymnastics history." As much as I admire Aly and Simone, that is really a massive overstatement, especially for Aly.
withlove312 Whatever your opinion about Aly's gymnastics, she was the first American to ever win Olympic gold on floor exercise. I would say that will be remembered. I can't wait to see Aly return to competition next year. The USA senior elite field is pretty weak this year, so I'm looking forward to members of the Fierce Five returning and some of the top juniors becoming seniors.
To be honest I'm not a huge fan of Simone's gymnastics (although I definitely enjoy her personality :D ) But this routine was absolutely incredible! Amazing difficulty, outstanding execution, and great presence on the floor. Brava! And a 15.8 well deserved :)
This was almost five years ago and not even remotely as much difficult as her current routine, and nonetheless it was already the best floor routine in history, a perfect mix of difficulty and execution. And she just keeps getting better.
The Biles is like the exact opposite of a Podkopayeva. A Podkopayeva is two front flip with a half twist and a Biles is two back flip with a half twist but with a blind landing. Not sure which is more difficult.
Yes! Awesome to see she's been working on her landings. She's changed some of the tumbling around, doing a DLO instead of the twisting combo to a straddle jump that she was showing in training and at Pacific Rims. I wonder why, because it was a cool pass. No complaints, though, this was one of the best FX I've seen from her and the best floor I've seen in a long time period. Her artistry is great and the dance and choreography improved and polished. Simone oozes charisma!
This was incredible! 15.8! You go Simone! Most gymnasts struggle to make it into the 15s these days. What was that first pass? A double-double? Whatever it was, it was souring and beautiful!
Rowan Smith that' doesnt matter, it would still get the highest score and beat everyone at any international competition with Russia, Romania, China and all of Europe
Lol y'all anti American gymnast kill me!!' Always proclaims US judges inflate scores as if European/Asians don't at domestic competitions! Then The USA goes and dominates every international competition we compete in! When was the last time the US didn't win a junior/senior event international competition???
beyoncestan101 From the comments you've left I can see you don't know very much about gymnastics. I would hold off on your jingoistic views at least until you get better educated on the sport, because that way you'll just look like an idiot instead of a troll.
Just a DLO as a third pass, no big deal. Sooo amazing! I do think I prefer the full in pike that she did in podium training at Pac Rim to the full in tuck, but still SO good.
She is amazing. I'm so excited to see what she does at Worlds. She has great potential to repeat both AA and FX golds. With Maroney out, the VT gold is practically hers too. This is a great routine but I dont really like her music. better than before though.
I saw the E score before I watched the video and was kind of skeptical (home competition and all that), but then I watched the routine and JEEZ. I'm not really a fan of her dance, but I can't deny that that was a darn good floor exercise.
Literally teared up watching this. She. Sticks. Everything!
SLAY QUEEN!
OMGOD!

YAS YASSSSSS
Can we please take over for Tim and Nastia on NBC?
+macukennedy Tim is getting annoying. And I used to be a fan of his. But now it seems he is getting too biased. As for Nastia, she doesn't bother me that much. She doesn't do much monologues. Yeeees
Oh my gosh I think that could be the best floor routine I´ve EVER seen!
that is the best stick i've ever seen in gymnastics, 100% bolt up right and on a blind landing =o
Strength and grace. In 30 plus years of watching gymnastics I have never seen anything like this. She has taken it to another level.
Look at her now.. she's gotten so much better
Almost 10 years later, she's still getting better!@@celestlee3088
How hilarious is it to look back and see how easy Simone's routine used to be? Yet we were all still blown away.
6.1 in this code if we were to count the forward tumbling requirement. Definitely a gold medal routine in this code. I'd see her scoring mid 14s.
Woah. I think I just found my new favorite gymnast. Her showmanship and charism is off the charts. And those tumbling passes? And those LANDINGS? Humanah humanah humanah. Incredible. Excited to see more from her.
You're not hallucinating, she really did just stick the Biles cold.
PLEASE DO NOT GET INJURED! WE NEED YOU FOR 2016

She should have got a perfect 10 if it wasn't for that hop at the double double

This was 6 years ago but I still manage to come back here
That was fantastic!
what???? how is that possible? She's SOOOOO CLEAN ! That routine was awesome.
btw I love how she smiles all the time ^^
Holy crap, the Biles! and a double layout as a third pass too :O
The way she attacks the floor is incomparable. No one does it like her.
This is truly AMAZING! I've watched it 5 times! Love her smiling through the whole thing! I know she has more difficulty to offer, but does anyone worry about her peaking too soon?? I definitely want to see her in Rio!
Now, after 2 year. What I can say is that she even not not peaked yet. She needs to continue, I would love to see her in 2018, 2019 and 2020.
@@gymnasticfan9148 even now in 2020 she still doing new things. Incredible to watch
DAYUMMMM! I take my hat off for you Simone, that was just genius.
The Queen is back
Her style, her music, her strength and even her ethnicity reminds me Daiane dos Santos a lot.
Her landings were amazing! I love her Rio inspired music too. :)
Wow. That was perfection! Wasn't a huge Simone fan at first, but she's amazing! Here double layout with a half twist is incredible!

Amazing!!!!!
she just gets better every time!! love her smile!
Love the smiles, you can definitely tell she loves doing what she does best! Keep it up Simone!
I wish I could like this 1 billion times.
She so amazing it makes me want to cry
Wow! She is just fun to watch and you can tell she is enjoying herself as well! Way to go Simone, keep up the great work!!
This girl makes me smile every time I see her! :)

Ladies and gentlemen, Simone Biles is IN THE HOUSE!!!
PHENOMENAL. Holy smokes, that was packed with difficulty and she stuck everything.
Incredible. Absolutely incredible.

That was literally perfect
Simone is amazing. This is a great performance.
best in the world gymnastics floor, Simone biles
Such a beautiful and difficult floor routine! It's so cleeaaan!!!
A double double, Biles, double layout, and full in to dismount? Simone is officially not human!
Wow, she is one of the best gymnasts in the world. Certainly one of my favorites. Hopefully we'll see her in Rio!!!

more artistic than before !!! It's much better !
UNSTOPPABLE!!!!
Just heard about this from the Joe Rogan Experience #570. Gymnast *Simone Biles* just blew me away! Incredible!

I like that her score is this big without any leaps out of passes!

omg this is flawless

So how did it turned out at Worlds this year? Did Biles win?
wow jaw dropping passes and she nailed it all

Woah! Her tumbling is amazing! I like her music too
I love that the music has a slightly brazilian vibe... Simone's going to Rio!!
THIS IS MY FAVORITE ROUTINE OF HERS 👌👌😄😄
That was insane. Did she even get tired?
Yes that stick on Biles! Go Simone!
The stick on that 2nd pass starched out all my edges!
1:28 what is that roundoff to sit thing called?
You go ahead & stick that biles!! She's so magnificent.
She is set up to be the first back to back WC since Shannon? I can't wait! I wanted it to be Mustafina in 2011, but It's time for Simone.
Mhm, could've been Bross in 2010 or 2011
Oh My God. She is awesome

Perfect Biles,Double Layout:)
She could well become the first gymnast to win 2 world all-around titles in a row since Svetlana Khorkina in 2001 and 2003.
Well damn that was pretty spectacular. 15.8!!!
how can a female gymnast be this good?! damn.
I can’t believe she stuck 3/4 passes and only had a tiny hop on the one pass she didn’t stick.
incrível!!se continuar assim você vai da muito dor de cabeça nas adversárias no Rio2016 kkkkkkkk
Go Girl! Those Powerhouse Legs!
beautiful routine! love the final pose (not to mention all of the amazing tumbling passes)!
Phenomenal routine!! Those landings....
GENIA!
THAT STUCK BILES😍
crazy how well she sticks each landing! very exciting routine.
I saw the E score before I watched the video and was kind of skeptical (home competition and all that), but then I watched the routine and JEEZ.
