thank you so much! I barely have had time to workout lately, but I love spinning (usually at home, but I like CycleBar if I'm taking a spin class). It's such a good way to get cardio in without being so hard on my joints :) Occasionally I'll also follow a Whitney Simmons weight lifting video too!
