I always love to watch you and Otis do all sort of things together. Damo must be so please to see how you and Otis spend time with each other. I would be so happy and contented to see my husband and son having a good time together as well. You're a great dad!!!!
I had a great new year, spent it with my daughter in Saskatchewan. The weather was an absolute beast it got down to minus 50 Celsius with the wind chill and that was not in the north I was 3 hour drive from the USA border. Take care you guys and I am looking forward to more videos of your life on the farm.
I do get envious when I see your vids but I am a "townie" and I think it would be folly for most to attempt your lifestyle you make it look so easy and idyllic. You have a great family too most fortunate but not undeserved!

Happy new year beautiful people, nice to see you all thriving. Living in rural Thailand I've always found it beneficial to introduce yourself to the local head men/women in your province, just show a little respect and humility, let them know who you are and what your up to (take a gift, alcohol always seems to go down well ; ). Can be an enormous help in resolving possible future disputes with locals/neighbors.

I just discovered your channel because I’m becoming more interested in Thailand. I plan on visiting in 2023. I absolutely find the women gorgeous 😍. Great video and you have such a great attitude. Thanks for sharing.
This is the first time I have seen your video, and I very much enjoyed it. I am from Perth, Western Australia. I have traveled a lot, but I will be very honest. Thailand is very close to my heart, especially Phuket. You are lucky you married a Thai girl. If that land is yours, try and grow Water Melon, Rock Melon or Sugar Melon. I know of a lady in the Phlippines that is a multi- millionaire today, just with her Water Melons. She has 100 people working for her, and she sells her produce all over the Philippines. If you have land take advantage of it, and get your returns back. In the super market, I see Rambutan, Lychee, Longan, and Mangostein. But I can only look at it, after I have seen the price of them. But when I am in Phuket. I make the best of all the tropical fruits I can eat. Looking forward to your next video.
Happy new year guys. I miss the outdoor shower. I would just hear the water with a rocket stove or place pipes under a large compost pile for free heating. I will definitely have an outdoor shower when I build my farm mate. Something awesome about showering in warm water under the rain 😂
YOU SIR are living Your BEST LIFE…….OMG your Wife is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL and I can’t believe how hard she works and she is so tiny…….Your Home and Family are just BEAUTIFUL……I’m NEW and now Hooked…..Watching from the 🇺🇸 VIRGINIA Small town called STAUNTON…….

I miss Thailand soo much. Seeing the family dancing and hearing the Thai music playing brings back memories. Looks like your karma has brought you to a great place ✌️
10:04 I was a demon for the 6.25B reduced bags of curry after 1700 in TescoLotus. For some reason the fish cake (mashed everything with spring greens) always seemed to be marked down. Basically there's more minced mackerel being produced than the locals will consume at full price.
Most Japanese Maples require a winter dormancy (yearly). They may survive a couple of years without, but eventually they die out. I grew bonsai in the US. I’m in Udon and would love to grow Japanese Maples again, just don’t think it’s possible.
I’m from New York and have a Japanese maple and there’s nothing more beautiful then the color of it during the fall, it literally looks like it’s on fire 🔥.Good luck with with it
Thank you 🙏🏼 I stayed in a village and no one was aware of Xmas! All kids went to school as normal! So I said NO , all family and friends come for bbq, and I told all friends to come, even if they didn’t get on! Same same ! We had 2 helix trucks full of family and friends and I refuse absolutely to leave anyone behind! Cost about 2-3000 bht But they all sort out any issues and we all went home full belly and happy ! I really felt some issues were sorted, we all came back happy!
Neighbour disputes?!!! My pal's half French, so his dad ended up with a house in France. The woman next door was a) a horror, and b) in tight with the local lawyers and judges. She ripped off every tradesman in the valley, dug a swimming pool, caused my pal's dad's garden to subside, and then made him pay for the massive retaining wall to stop her pool collapsing. He couldn't sue because the courts were so unfair. He was a GP. He ended up working with Buddhist monks to try to re-learn how to sleep. People talk about the East. Europe and small town America can be hell.
Money can’t buy happiness your world can’t be purchased from a shop , the neighbours somewhat ironic grow sugar cane yet not that sweet hope they don’t take offence sorry for the pun but only a little sorry just enough that makes me semi alien, you both work hard very impressed, your love and knowledge for plant’s and growing your own from what I’ve seen has every chance of success, another year of charming videos one hopes, my best to the whole family.
I tried growing Japanese maples in Thailand. It doesn’t work, they need the cold winter months to shed their leaves and rest. They get confused and put out new leaves to early. Almost impossible to grow for a long period.
Hi. First time comment, new subscriber. I really enjoy your uploads and I have a very similar thing with you but a Filipino wife and life although we are now living in Australia and I can relate to some of what I have watched. It's great to watch. I was wondering if you have many encounters with snakes and if so which ones in particular?
Welcome to the channel - we have seen a few green snakes here and there but nothing too major! I sometimes see garter snakes going across the road whilst driving!
No no no, you can propagate maple plants from cuttings as you could with other exotic and expensive plants that you might plan on selling in future, seed method is tedious and long winded. Btw Rabbit poo makes good fertiliser.
If I compare your life and the oppoortunities for the children at the country side with that, what the children have to suffer in big towns under Corona worldwide, the complete tragedy is more then real present.
