Believe it or not there are "all white" proms in the south. A lot of lawyers argued, when fought in court for discrimination, that the prom was privately funded, so no government or taxpayer money went into the prom, so the funders can decide what rules they want to uphold. It's messed up!

The public has long been brainwashed into accepting the predicted outcome as the norm, and to prevent you from acting on your conscious their superiors have given the police the right to give you the same treatment if you interfere in their police criminal activity. I was born during the last few years of the first civil rights movement of that time. The young of today can only imagine what it was like that's why it's important to speak up without the violence and to listen to the wisdom of those survivals of the past. You can not change the system if you don't know how to play the game. True, "POWER" is not gained in the destruction of your communities. but in becoming part of the political, judicial, and business infrastructure. Those that can not yet function on those levels or not at all can make a difference as part of a masses army ready for activism. Black America has finally awaken and won over the conscience of many white Americans and other non whites who felt a sense of helplessness and fear of not knowing what to do. Bigot America has awaken the Wrath of a Giant, an oppressed people, and of other Americans tier of our dying Democracy. We will not standby and watch America become another Nazi Germany. If there ever will be a time for real change once and for all time bury the ghost of bigot America's past it's now.

One important fact about the Botham Jean murder Trevor missed was how state laws were violated and ignored during the sentencing. That murder happened in Texas, a state with laws in the books that make it so if a person is shot in their own home by an intruder the intruder is automatically charged with the highest legal classification for homicide and the judge is strongly incentivized to issue the death penalty.
People aren't just mad that this white cop only got 5 to 10 years. They're mad that anyone who isn't a white cop that did what she did would be on death row and the trial and sentencing would take all of 5 minutes.
The system is broken, stacked against certain citizens, and used too often to protect bad actors that should be held accountable for their crimes. Mercy is nice, but it should be applied to everyone or no one. Anything in between is not justice.

Actually what I found out or realized over the past several years is that people use the like and dislike button to voice their opinion on the subject of the video and not the RUclips creators editorial and visual creating of the video when that's what it's really about. It's not about if you like the subject or if you agree period if you watch a video about a true crime story and the girl comes on and talks the whole bunch and gives you all this information and the videos put together really well and she adds a lot of visual and the audio is decent and it's not all over the place and you actually have a beginning middle and an end and not just a video that tells you half of it and then cuts out and half the time you are looking at somebody's forehead or their chin well the first video would be a thumbs up the second video would be a thumbs down. Not based on the videos subject because obviously if you like a video that has mass murder in it whoever would put like would be kind of twisted so that kind of video would get a whole bunch of dislikes that's not what the like to dislike ratios for supposed to be for how well the video was edited and created and put together. Now RUclips started so that normal regular people like you and I could start a channel about things that we're interested in however as the years gone by we now have changed from RUclips creators to RUclips creators and influencers and cable television that you can now see on RUclips so if you don't have cable you just go watch this segment on RUclips but originally that's not what that was for and RUclips was not created to broadcast ABC and NBC and CBS and cable that is what has happened and it is now a mixture of regular lay people and regular cable channel shows and nightly shows and whatnot things that you would find on TV on cable TV so so when you say 992 who disliked this video because it has to do with racism or twisted stuff like that you can't really determine where their thought process is. You don't know how many of them just like the video based on racism and white supremacy or if they disliked it because the video was horribly put together and they didn't like it which is kind of a hard thing to determine because if it's a show that is normally on cable it's done professionally and so what's there not to like about it? So the like and just like buttons are no longer useful or accurate because who is ever going to like a video about a child being molested or killed by its parents? None! And who is ever going to dislike a video where children are rescued and it's just a good feeling video with a good positive message and put together you know by a&e or something so just so you are aware that like and dislike button is not being used for what intentionally was meant to be used for

Each state -- maybe each city -- sets its own requirements. The 2 year associate's degree in criminal law is common; big cities have police academies. If an officer wants advancement, finishing a B.A. is a really good idea. I wish police were required to learn at least basic conversational Spanish, or whatever is the dominant 2nd language in the jurisdiction.
Frankly, a psych eval. And a couple courses in conflict de-escalation would be MORE important than a generic liberal arts B.A.

So whenever she is in this situation are all men more likely to be shot because she feels threatened? If you think this argument is sexist then that's your choice. If she feels in danger because she is in a situation with a "big man" then she shouldn't be a cop. Her heightened threat level puts everyone she interacts with in greater danger. they tend to be taller, have deeper voices/prettier(soulful?), and handsome/pretty, it's intimidation (I think) of the ego. I've definitely seen some black men and thought goddamn he's scary looking, but I also think that of people like Brock Lesnar, or Dwayne Johnson, not that I'm scared OF them, but that they're large men, intimidating. However, I've never thought, OMG HES GONNA KILL ME!
It's more like, I'm just gonna play it cool, don't act a fool
So my best guess is that it's just fear factor playing out, that fear coming from perceived threat. Perhaps a primal instinct to be wary of dark objects moving around?
There's a need to quantify it, for me at least, so i know where to start from to tackle a problem that I keep hearing people say 'doesn't exist'.
Racism clearly exists, and I know exactly who the people are that just wait for a POC to not be around to call them racial slurs.
Without being too specific, I've made friends with puerto ricans, guatemalans, japanese, chinese, korean, african, german, italian, romanian, all of whom are amazing people in their own way, but to me they're all human earthlings, and that's the real reason why we're so divided, nationalism.
If people didn't see puerto rican, guatemalan, japanese etc. and instead just saw human earthlings, I feel a lot of things would be easier for us to deal with on a global scale.
It does seem the world is finally awakening to this concept of nationalism being toxic to humanity.
Hence the global protests, global pandemic. Nobody wins with nationalism, and most the world is controlled by a few rich white people.

Crutcher didn't call the police, multiple other people did saying a man jumped out of his car yelling "it's going to blow up". The caller then stated he thinks the guy might be "smokin somethin". Cops found PCP in his car. Autopsy revealed miniscule amounts in his blood stream.
1 cop tasered. The girl shot her gun.

I remember being told by a few Vietnam vets when I was a kid that in the Vietnam war G.I.s would throw their M16s away and pick up AK-47s because the AK worked better in the Vietnam environment.
The harsh jungle climate corroded the rifle's chamber, exacerbated by the manufacturer's decision against chrome-plating the chamber. The ammunition that accompanied the rifles sent to Vietnam was incompatible with the M16 and was the principal cause of the failure to extract malfunctions.
