I kinda love Clay a little for quoting Sam; "Boil 'em, mash 'em, stick 'em in a stew." =) LotR is Christmas to me. I HAVE to watch all the movies up to Christmas. It's been a tradition ever since I watch them in the cinema at Christmas when they first came out.
The students who take german in my school go to the Chicago Christkindlemarkt every year and we are heading down on Wednesday. It is one of my favorite traditions. Im so happy you went and visited your first year in Chicago!

The Christkindlmarket! Yes always busy during the weekend but if you go during the week around lunchtime it isn't too bad! Have you seen the CTA's Christmas Train? And our Chicago Christmas tree has actually been bigger in years past...if you can believe that!
I recommend trying making you own mulled wine because you can start with a red wine you know you like. My family always uses a slightly tart cranberry wine (which is pretty traditional) and I just wanna use a sweeter cherry instead. I shouldn't purse my lips upon taking a sip. 😅 Loved the vid, so cute!
I live like 2 hours Southwest of Chicago and I've never been there before in my 18 years alive on this Earth but I've always wanted to go lmao Thx for the clip of the Bean for us who haven't seen it before 😂😂😂

I use one that I had before I started making videos, and it's not the best; I hope to get a new one sometime in the next year or two (it works fine it would just be nice to have a clearer picture). Chicago has so many great things to do during Christmas (and there are apparently 3 locations of the Christmas market--and one is by Wrigley! I can't decide which I want to go to this year).
My husband and I live about 25 minutes from the downtown area. We skipped the Christmas market downtown this year but we did try the one in Naperville Naper Settlement. I suggest that one! Run by the same company but I think the area is better because it's got more space. You also have to have lunch in the walnut room while the christmas tree is still up! It's beautiful :)
You and Clay should definitely watch Coco!! It is soo wonderful and funny and adorable ❤️❤️ A+ such a fantastic movie! OMG that Christmas tree is beautiful =D
First of all, LOVE your vlogs. Second, you should consider getting a reusable K-cup pod and putting your own coffee in it. Keurigs are not very sustainable :-( lots of plastic waste. Think about mother eartttthhh. That's all! Still love your vids nonetheless.

I was expecting the mash be a powder mixture. Also your not supposed to chop them up so small, you just peel them and put them on to boil whole. Mash with some butter and milk.
LOL have you watched The Room? My fiance and I watched it last weekend and we're planning on watching The Disaster Artist this weekend. The Room is SO RIDICULOUS so I'm really excited to watch The Disaster Artist, especially if you said it's funny lol! Also I went to Anthropologie last weekend haha :) Also I'm so jealous you guys have a Christmas market! We don't really have any where I live which makes me so sad because I really want to experience one lol
