I loved spas prior to Covid-2020. We have one in San Francisco called "kabuki hot springs" and they also have a hot and cold pool, steam room, dry heat room. Cool that you two took some time to pamper yourselves. Great footage.

These spas are so incredibly good for your health. It must have been really hard to film and enjoy at the same time. I sure hope you only took small clips and then took some time for yourself and Greta to really chill out. I am curious why Italians do the cold plunge first, then warm side. In America people sit in saunas to sweat and detoxify, then do the cold plunge to lower the body temperature. It is super good for your lymphatic system to dump all the chemicals and junk from your body. Great for stress relief too. This was a beautiful spa. Like that you put chill out time into your Italy trip. Being a tourist is tiring :) Miss you guys, but Matthew (sayhitomatthew) had a great week of spinning himself (and his viewers) into exhaustion being back in Vegas after being gone for so long, and that filled your void for a few days. Isn’t it weird walking around in a spa or hotel lobby in your robe??!!! I always think it feels strange….but soooo worth it if you are going to get a massage or a soak…I 💖💖💖messing around at a spa…this one looks realllly cool, you lucky kids!
If I remember correctly… From my history readings… There used to be quite a few “healing spas” around the United States around the 1900s… usually where there were hot springs or thermal vents. mostly for people who really had tubs of $$$$$$. There still is one in southern Indiana - French Lick Resort and Casino….the grounds are gorgeous and they used to have outside secluded fountains and pools with different healing waters to bathe in. That was a fun place to visit!
Gee it's great that you got to go to the spa like that, nice to recharge your batteries for the last half of 2021. I guess as a tourist for me I'd rather see the San Pellegrino plant.😀

Pompsie & Greta. Great video. Reminds of a ski trip in Kitzbuhel, Austria. There was an indoor town pool with the sauna upstairs. Hot/cold foot baths. Sauna attendant pouring menthol water on the hot coals. After awhile leave the sauna and jump into an ice cold bath and go outside and lie in the snow. Great after a day on the slopes.

The Qua Spa @ Caesars is the BEST!
Nice at Qua, but I love the Linq spa across the street. Way lower prices, good service and they have a salt room.
