I had a problem charging mine at first, The LED would just keep flashing purple, could not figure out why???? started to get really FRUSTRADED!!!! unpluging and pluging, over and over, pushing on and off!! THEN I Discovered, I tightened the Light end more and everything worked fine! ( JUST Make Sure that you tighten the light end of the Light!!)
For future reference, a product review does not involve unboxing and describing every detail of what's in the package. Cut to the Chase, and review the product and move on. All the small and pointless details about packaging and other things are completely irrelevant. People want to see the product and what it does. Nothing else.

The best RUclips reviewers of electronics, gadgets and so on know how to get straight to the product, and spend little or no time at all on the packaging and other nonsense. Try turning on the light first before charging the light , it will automatically turn off and go into charge mode .
Which version did you get? the neutral white or the cool white?
