Kuya don’t ever feel guilty about running around in waves and laughing. The joy you show inspires others to find joy in their day. Laughter is contagious and should always be shared. Enjoy your new piece of paradise.
I’m so glad that you made the remark on the sufferings of people at this time of the pandemic, that you felt being tone deaf by being happy that you finally took possession of your little place in the sun on your beloved mindanao. I know it’s a long time coming, you worked hard and the process is long to say the least to own land as a foreigner. The Filipinos who watch your vlogs see your genuine effort to see our own country places we wouldn’t even consider going; with that, Thank you! Between you and Bret, I wouldn’t even realize how many of us have dismissed mindanao... you shown us it is beautiful, peaceful and underrated. I’m very hopeful that, soon development and lasting peace will come to mindanao.
I'm so happy and proud of you for finding your own slice of paradise in the Philippines! I hope to soon follow in your footsteps! Power on Kulas and Kumar!
Hi! I’m watching from Toronto. Your videos are very inspiring. I haven’t gone home to the Philippines for so long. Recovering from cancer now at home and watching your videos keeps me going. Congratulations to you and Kumar on having your property. Stay humble and continue to be an inspiration to all especially to Filipinos. Bless your hearts guys...
You're starting to be a Cateelan boy. Don't feel bad, you're always inspiring people and spreading good vibes. It just happen that you're there and we're not. Better enjoy the beach because it's already within your reach and we'll enjoy watching you and the beautiful nature. 🤗🤗🤗
Not only you entertain your subscribers Kulas, you bring joy and lessons. Continue inspiring people. I live thousand miles away from my home country, and watching your vlogs makes me feel like I’m in the Philippines. Power on! 👊
Northern Mindanao speak Cebuano or Visaya, it is different accent and intonation from the original in Cebu. Canadian english is also different in English in England the original.
Be unapologetically happy, Kulas! I understand that you want to be sensitive towards others but this is your channel and you don't owe it to anyone to feel guilty for their situation. You have been gifted these wonderful moments and the best expression of gratitude is to be be really present! And if you're happy, then be very happy! By allowing some sort of guilt (which is not yours), you are robbing yourself of experiencing the fullness of this moment!
Please keep sharing all the fun you’re having and the joy you’re feeling! I look forward to your videos and it helps me look forward to visiting the Philippines again ❤️
Hi Kulas! Have fun in your new added adventure of having land in the Philippines. My wife and I have been there with you from the beginning of becoming filipino! OG subscibers watching from Las Vegas 😂 It would be great if you could send us a shoutout for my wife Jenny Kong it would really blow her mind😁 thanks In advance Kulas!!

Thanks for considering your viewers' feelings, especially at this critical pandemic time, Kulas. That's admirably so thoughtful of you. But, really, you don't have to worry, feel said, or even guilty for your lingering joy and happiness there in the Philippines. Know that you, too, are providing a special and unique service to the rest of us who loyally and eagerly look forward to viewing your oftentimes uplifting and and yes, very educational videos. You, Bret, and the rest of the FIghter Boys and other vloggers are our windows to interesting, exotic, sights, experiences, and adventures in the Philippines--which we would otherwise neither be able to witness nor experience first-hand. Whatever you've accomplished and self-fulfillment that you're feeling right now, you've certainly earned and deserve all of them. So just be grateful for your blessings and enjoy and savor each moment. There IS a legit reason why you're now close to a million viewers: you're doing something right.
You're right, we're already miserable as it is because of this forced lockdown so we don't need to see on YT another miserable person but someone like you who lightens up our day.
Thanks a lot for sharing your experiences. I’m a Filipino living in Canada for 31 years now. When I was in the Philippines, I didn’t have the chance or the guts to do what you’re doing when I was there and there are so many nice places to visit. Hopefully when I retire, I can do that. But I must say that the situation in the Philippines changed a lot. It is more peaceful and safe to travel now. Cheers Kyle and Kumar! Go Raptors!

Hey man, it is okay to see someone enjoying themselves every once in a while. It seems like you are trying to avoid toxic positivity, a term used a bit too much these days. But I appreciate how you acknowledge that not everyone can feel the same way at the same time especially during these trying times. But as you always say.. we need to power on!

I love the view especially the 2 fishermen catching fish with their net. It makes me the eagerness to visit my Philippines once again😢 Thanks Kulas for this video👍 Mao na diha 😁
Thank you Kulas for taking a moment thinking about how the pandemic is affecting many people in the Philippines. It's a thoughtful acknowledgement that many locals who can't even watch internet would surely appreciate.💜 But we also appreciate you showing us the coastal country life of the locals, that despite the simplicity they still claim the beauty of everyday by going out there and catch the fish, if not now then later. "Balik lang unya." For there's always "unya" that gives hope and fosters resilience ☄. Bytheway, maskulado & abs ang mga Bay 💪! Coastal life scraps the need for gym! hehe.
Just keep doing, what you're doing, I always enjoy your vlog showing parts of the Philippines that I probably won't be able to see or experience without your vlog. Hope you succeed in developing your new property.
You're not being selfish when you show what we enjoyed doing when we were living there. You're reminding us what fun we had. We glad you having fun too.
new subscriber here, looking forward to see u and kumar do some fishing catch and cook episodes! (via net or fishing rod) need to ask the locals whats out there so know how to catch.

Yes, cebuano and Mindanao bisaya has some term difference, daut is slang for “crazy stuff loving guy” in Mindanao but in cebuano daut is thin person or “niwang”
In Cebu, the word “Daot” means “Sira” in tagalog. Like: “Na-daot” means “Nasira.” “Nada-ot na ang pang huna huna” means “nasira na ang pag-iisip” in tagalog. “Niwang” means “Payat” and “Crazy” means “Baliw” in tagalog..
Love your videos. I appreciate your love for the filipino people. To be honest you are the only foreign video blogger I enjoy watching based in Philippines. You are truly authentic, and I love that. I believe that a subscriber who has followed your videos, should know you very well by now. Your life and your purpose in making vlogs. You are not selfish but you do inspire others with your transparency and positivity. This is you. You like to bring good vibes. You are honest and I appreciate how concern you are with your viewers’ feelings during this time. I feel that anxiety is getting to me, but your vlogs not only entertains but also brings positivity. This is getting too long. It’s OK to share just keep putting out those vlogs. Thank you and Power on!
I don’t comment at all. You touch many people. Youve hit a nerve. Kindness is why I watch you. Our entire family is going thru a horrible traumatic loss of our grandma in Laoac Pangasinan. I watch you (from SF Bay Area) to be inspired and be happy. Don’t feel guilty. I’m glad you shared your feelings Kulas. I too will Power On. RIP Grandma Pacing.

JOY is contagious Kulas! I believe in what you just said. Whatever blessings you get in life - do not be selfish or greedy. Help the locals. Think of others. The PRIDE of life will lead to destruction. Be kind like Kulas. We need more young people like Kulas to have a better world - a better Davao (my hometown) a better Mindanao. Greetings Kulas, from all the Filipinos in Japan who are your Subscribers. Originally, they are from Davao. We love your Vlogs and we love your attitude and your heart.
